Captain Serpentine sneered as he landed on the rooftop of Jolly Burger. Even given the low cash situation he had found himself in living outside of his flower shop, he would never sink a penny of his hard-earned money into buying one of the caloric-filled greaseballs that they claimed to be "food." Certainly not whenever Destiny City had smaller places that offered better quality meals for only a bit higher of a price - and even those he had ceased visiting for a long time, relying on his own meager cooking skills to keep himself healthy and fit for both his day time floral activities and his Negaverse duties.

"Sickening," he growled towards his partner, knowing Buddingtonite would not be far behind. Even the air above the place felt slimy, as though the unnatural ingredients were somehow escaping through the vents. The green-and-gold clad officer distinctly avoided stepping in any substance he could not identify in the blazing afternoon sun as he headed towards the edge of the roof. His sentiments aside, they had not come for a snack. They had come for prey.

Everyone in Destiny City came to Jolly Burger at least once in his or her life. Serpentine could distinctly remember choking down a fried hunk of gristle that the chain passed off as "chicken" one night after a science fair. His father had thought that the meal would be a treat, but needless to say... the Dhawans had not added Jolly Burger to their short list of places to dine when Padma did not cook. That the franchise continued to stand strong when other businesses fell was nothing short of a mystery.

"But busy," he added to his earlier statement, indicating the throng of people below. Adults, children, and teenagers walked in and out of the establishment, or at least the nearby locations around it. It even seemed popular with vermin, if the scampering sounds in the alleyway were any indication. A perfect hunting ground for the two of them to steal energy that their organization required.

After the two's previous training session, Serpentine's next question could be seen as downright gallant. He waved the other man over to look at the numerous individuals below. "Target?" It was not said in any nicer a tone than normal, but that he was giving his partner an option was a positive step, right?
