You can do that EASY PEASY. Don't be too hard on yourself! What are you planning? Exercise or a diet change?

I need to get back exercising because I haven't really done much since August... and I need to cool down a bit with eating as well. I've developed a sweet tooth again. >.> Still maintaining my weight those which is good. I actually lost 4 lbs. one week without exercising.

That has stopped in its entirety lol. xD That's good though! At least you're on a pretty comfortable number then! c: I don't eat many carbs anymore, I lost like 30 pounds after that. D;

I made myself really sick the first time I did Keto. Ignoring the flu thing, which I never got. I went through this potassium deficiency thing which was AWFUL because you can't really eat much fruit, and bananas are very carby. :< BUT, just cutting out some sugars and carbs can be good too. ^__^ Like, replacing soda with unsweet/artificially sweetened tea worked for me, and just willpowering out my desire to snack and eat full meals and stuff like that.

No BANANAS!!!! I can't get rid of bananas!! D: I love bananas. And I already did two month without sweets which I know I can accomplish again. And I cut soda out of my life years ago. I lost 5-10lbs just cutting soda out. Now I'm a 'Coke' sniffer. xP The smell of Coca Cola and Dr. Pepper make me happy. I actually had a Dr. Pepper yesterday in the first time since forever. It hurt my stomach so bad but it was totally worth it. lol.

It is crazy how much weight you lose at first isn't it!? In the last three years I look nothing like I did when I graduated from high school. In total I've lost 130ish pounds lol. I used to be like 320. o: SNAP.

I feel like I'm at the awkward weight where it takes forever to shed off. At my heaviest I was 192lbs... I'm currently 164lbs. And my goal weight is between 130-145lbs. So just 20-30lbs... isn't too bad, but it's hell trying to get it when I'm not really dieting plus I'm not talking supplements. :/ I kinda want to take weight loss pills but I know most of the time it's bad for your liver.

If you look at the pictures of my on FB (I have no idea if I ever took the self conscious blocks off them) you can really tell I've lost a load of weight. xD SO PROUD. DO NOT EVER DO THAT SLEEPY OR I WILL COME TO MASS AND BERATE YOU. And probably worry incessantly. I took OxyElite for a while. Not worth it. I threw them out after a few months because they made my anxiety noticably worse. I was all twitchy, same reason I can't drink stuff like red bull actually. Well, I think it kinda matters if whether or not you're on a weight plataeu. But I think that can be fixed with a fast (not recommended if you're doing a fat free diet), or doing some exercise. Though, whether or not you should do cardio or something else is lost on me.

Considered doing it again, or another beach body program? (You can find them all on tpb easily enough). I just did my third round fit test last night for 138 63 102 38 11 16 26 40

-_- .... I'm not so healthy myself so I can feel your pain. I don't think I've ever actually... you know... exercised. Ever. I don't know if your body works the same as mine (I'm told by my friend I'm a freak of nature lol)... but I just take caffeine supplements and drink energy drinks. It kills my appetite and burns my gut. Also keeps me active. Just make sure to drink plenty of water if you try it?

Citrus Novii DO NOT EVER DO THAT SLEEPY OR I WILL COME TO MASS AND BERATE YOU. heart I love that you care. ^^ But the pills I want to take don't seem that bad. I looked at reviews and the only bad thing people said about it is that it didn't work for them. I just don't like that I have to take two pills, three times a day. I would have already taken them, but my boyfriend doesn't want me to. So I won't do anything unless he gives me the go ahead. I think I just have to get eating right... and work out again. I felt when I was working out I just ate healthy naturally. Just because I felt great. About your Facebook pics I was actually stalking your profile yesterday and I noticed your weight loss. : )

I don't know? I know those results where from the first time I attempted Insanity. I actually ended the first week of the second month then because school work got in the way. And when I did it the second time around I really didn't do the fit test... I think I did do that last one though and compared it to you what I had from the passed. I think I either exceed or stayed around the same. My numbers never went down.
