The library for the city of Antares. Considered one of the best libraries in the world due to the massive funding that went into it. It's a place of calm and learning that few other places can match. However, everything has two sides. And the dark side of the library lies beneath it. In an underground 'storage' area of substantial size in the Chapter House of the Ordo Dracul where they perform their mad science and mysticism. Only fellow Dragons and invited guests, if any, can pass the Librarian, who acts as Ghoulish Gatekeeper for the Dragons.
