Brief History: in Pete's World, Jack Harkness is a Rogue Time Agent who ran away after the Agency approved Genetic Testing on him without his Knowledge or approval. His Time Manipulator Broke and left him stranded in 2005, near Bergan, Norway. With Knowledge of Future Events, Our Rogue Agent assumed the identity of Jack Harkness, Jack, after his Mother's Father, Harkness after his Mentor in the Agency, Lt. Karnak Harkness and Applied to Torchwood at the Local Base. Jack worked the Ranks quickly, and found himself on the Team Designing and over seeing the Construction of an Underwater Torchwood Base under the waters of Dårlig Ulv-Stranden, Norway.
The war with the Cybermen stopped construction of the Base when some Converted Torchwood Agents remembered the whereabouts of the facility and began abducting workers. The Facility's structural integrity is stable, but many of the compound's mechanics are not completed.
Other Information: Jack is not immortal, as his Counterpart in the other World, but the Experimentation did triple his physical Strength, Double his natural speed, speed healing of Non-Fatal Wounds, and impervious to Known Diseases of his Time.
