Back to the ocean again, it seemed.
Not that Dory was complaining, the fact that he was able to get more swimming in was actually rather calming - it's hard to be a total d**k when you could take it out on a few hours of hard swimming. It just happened to be that Deus needed some rune stone to fix the portals, and, although he could not hold his breath for a half hour, he was very willing to help. With an air tank.
Breathing lightly once out of his nose, he shrugged the water tank on his back and hid his clothing and small items on the shore, so they wouldn't get water logged, placing the little lighter-case-version of Justice in his pocket - he would never be caught without her.
"Let's do this." He murmured to her out loud, before going to wade in to the water, starting the process.
Be careful, little one, there are many things in the water that are not friendly. Whispered in his mind lightly, making him feel a little safer. She was a water creature, and knew best, right?
The first part of the swim was . . . pleasant, to say the least, with little quips and statements from the Ceffyl Dwr, which may have helped ultimately.

Exploring the Caves Some of the caves house many useful stones, other house things waiting to kill you. You can keep on collecting for as long as your willing to risk it (or until you die.) Roll 1d6 1: A few stones! Roll 1d4 to see how many you find in this cave! 2: Sentient sea weed aggressively gropes you! Roll 1d4 to see how much damage it does! 3: A nice amount of stones! Roll 1d8 to see how many you find in this cave! 4: Tentacles! Roll 1d8 to see how much damage they do! 5: A bunch of stones! Roll 1d10 to see how many you find in this cave! 6: Mermaids! You encounter a group of mermaids with grey skin, hungry smiles, and glowing blue eyes. Group HP: 777 Auto-damage: 5 (once they are under 100 hp, the blood in the water causes them to enter a frenzy, increasing auto damage to 10) Escape: Roll 1d20, if 10+ you escape, failure results in auto-damage. Upon Defeat: this area becomes permanently mob free and reveals a large cache of stones, roll 1d20 to see how many you find in this cave!

There was something about lazily swimming around, looking for some runestones, the only sounds coming from his slow breaths and paddling underwater - random fish swimming and scattering around him.
It was almost euphoric, but a sudden tense feeling on his leg had him seize up, looking behind him at the creature that had wrapped around his leg.

Feeling like this wasn't really a threat enough for him to have to summon Justy just yet, he kicked away at the sentient being, growling a little, releasing little bubbles that floated away from his face.
He got away, with minor cuts to his leg.

I told you to be careful, I don't want to see you harmed down here. Chirruped again in his mind, making him rumble lightly. He was trying, no lie, because he knew the dangers of underwater swimming, but it wsn't like he was trying to roll in to them.
Stop complaining and look over there. She crooned again, making him aware of a small cove that glittered in the depths of the water. . .

Clearing his throat very carefully, he swung around and sculped around, picking up a couple stones from the floor, feeling rather proud of himself. He was already finding a few here and there - Dory had thought that there may not be any to begin with, so finding a couple was . . . sweet.

The worse part about tentacles was there always was more than one of them. Punching away, he clawed against the second tentacle, hoping it would relinquish it's hold so that he could swim away.

Taking a few minutes to catch his breath and settle his heartbeats, he leaned against a small (safe looking!) reef, watching the waters around him for any other further thing that wanted to touch him inappropriately without his consent.
As he waded slowly, a small glint caught his peripheral vision.
Dorian may learn, but he learns slowly. So, with that, he pushed off, going to investigate further.

He couldn't help but give the smallest quirk of his mouth when he heard the joyous sound in his mind, looking at the group of stones that glimmered in the water in front of him. Ten rocks, ah, ah, ah.
