There are going to be lots of jobs that we will have need extra hands for. So I'd like to have some extra people help run a few threads. Some projects will be short term, some will be long term. So instead of filling out to be a co-host I thought it may be better to set up more of a "bounty board" or a Help wanted section. That way you aren't tied up to one committee and we get the help we need.
Now there will be some rules that go with this idea that will have to be followed.
-If you start a project, you can't leave it in the middle.
-You must have at least one meeting with me or Cadenza of the Heart so we can talk about the idea in detail.
-you will be allowed to change any idea to suit your own style
-Cadenza of the Heart and I still hold the right to change who's doing a job at any time, but it will need a valid excuse.
-you can submit an idea to us and we'll help out however we can as long as it's for the ball.
-I'm sure i'll think of other things later on

Tektek Shop
Booty Grab
zOMG teams
raffles (holidays and events)
panty raffle (item/art)
We'll have more soon
So leave a message or vote in the poll. I'll leave this up for a few days but I'd love some feedback on the matter.

yeah that's why i kinda figured this system would work out okay. So that everyone who's busy can still help out on the short projects and everyone looking for work can find a temp job here. when do you think the best time to set that up would be, or do you think we can repeat it throughout the year?

I think we should get together some of our artists for a Halloween thread before the event passes by us Each artist will pick one underwear item on Gaia to be "their" panties, and then people can request art from that artist of their avi holding/wearing the artist's undies Then when they give the user the art, they also gift the underwear to them, or send it in a trade if they wish (I find gifting just to be faster because then no one has to approve anything, it's just given) We would have an order form for users to fill out, and we'd need to set a price (either a fixed price for all artists, or a different one for each artist, or a range of prices depending on the art style being requested)

Seems like you got a handle on that idea, just see if we can get artists together. I would suggest asking pinkie to send an announcement out for it in her announcement request thread. I'll look into getting panties supplied for each artist of their choice.

I put the request in it's thread, but there hasn't been any news, I think Pinkie got real busy this weekend we should still get some planning done though, like a name and a layout, and prices and also who should put the thread up in the shops forum?

Hmm, your in charge, you you can put the thread out, or you can use the mule account if it makes you more comfortable.
Layout...hmm I think we can get some help from the graphics thread subforum if we want anything fancy. I'd say it would be fun to have panties everywhere (headers and footers maybe)
As for a name...I'm seriously bad at naming things. My thought's would be stuff like:
-12th AURB Panty Art Auction (generic)
- Panty Raiders! A Panty and Art Auction!
- Panties R Us
- Grab and Snatch, A Panty and Art Auction
- The Clothesline, Panty and Art auction
.....that's about all I can say about that (lol Forrest Gump)
And are we still offering to sell the items with the art? If so I present to you two ways to do that. For I am offering to buy all of your panties to sell ^.~
-Use the Fundraising mule to buy the items to give away, and keep a record of how much you spend. I'll donate back to the mule what you spent.
-Give me a list of the stuff you want to buy, I'll buy it and give it to you.

I like your name ideas! and I've already started preparations for the shop, you've already seen the thread I made in this guild but I've started up a thread in the Charity/Quest subforum to see if people will be nice enough to donate their undergarments or gold to us so far nothing though

Just got off working 16 hours over the last 24 hours with like a 4 hour nap in the middle and get to do it all again starting tomorrow
