my wife died 2 1/2 years ago from a rare disease
have 3 kids
one is age 23 named Miguel,
the next one is age 18, named Anthony
and finally my sweetest kid who is age 14 named Judith
i was shocked the day one of my sons friends who has a gaia acct wanted to be my friend (well homie as he called it) so i accepted. i dont know if that was wise but oh well. its one way to connect with my son more often

I know how weird it can feel sometimes being on a site that seems more like a kid site...I was relieved that there were adult guilds on gaia (as much as you were, I bet). I'm male as well but don't have any kids. Hey I'd be glad to add ya.

I trotted over to your profile to learn more, then your comments, because it looked like you just barely started and might not still be around. On the adding Latin items, Quetzalcoatl isn't seen a lot but is around, was the first I thought of, there are rainbow wings (humble probably knows the name of the item) and other items. MP prices are superinflated at present, and Gaia is woefully unfair to males, the majority of items are for females. There's good stuff out there, it just takes time to find it and this is about the worst inflation we've seen. If the site lasts (I sure hope so), the prices have to come down.
Did you get Adblock Plus? Just look for it w/search and download it, it's free, you apparently have an older computer (so did I, a friend just bought me this one when it died). You will need it to deal with the ads. The thread you were on listed the scripts to add to it to remove the gray screen effect from achievements. I am no expert, but that isn't hard. On my old laptop, I couldn't navigate this site without Adblock.
On a good note, once you get past the initial achievements, you won't get many of them unless you work at itl
