Her body was going to hate her, that much she knew when she set out that morning on a specific task to try and figure out where this kiandri dragon was hiding. Since their last encounter she had been trying to find it...put its existence to an end but to no luck. Either the dragon had moved on..or it was doing the same thing and they had yet to cross each others paths.
Sitting on a lonely rock in the middle of a sand dune she tried to figure out her next move. How should she approach this? She had found some evidence of the dragon still in the area. The carcuss's of freshly eaten kills were a good sign of that. Also it seemed that the dragons liked to dig out prey a new thing she learned in her hunt of rhte dragon.
Trying to stifle a yawn, but to no avail she finally got up and continued moving onwards. After all the desert sun was hot and staying out too long could prove fatal. Her dark skin even if it was covered up seemed to draw the heat to her body like a magnet and she often had to rest after lingering in the direct sunlight for too long.
Often she was sitting in whatever shade she could find allowing herself a chance to cool down before she would struggle to continue on her quest. The dessert was such an immense place...did she really think the dragon would be so single minded to just want to hunt down a humanoid girl? Perhaps not....though she would discover worlds of trouble as she moved through the dessert...primarily in the form of two young boys...and a herd of dragons. When she did come across them...she would question her behavior...and wonder just why she helped them out...
