Not a particularly unique apartment except in a few ways. There are few furnishings, and they all appear to be second-hand. There may be a spring poking out of the couch, but maybe not. If one were to measure the square footage, they would possibly notice that there's less space available then what's on record. But no one's gonna notice. Also unusual is that the bedroom is locked with a few different padlocks. Why an unemployed girl would need so many is unknown. Otherwise, the home is unremarkable.

There's a soft knock on the door. Outside waits a girl with long black hair, and a soft smile. She held her hands in front of her lap. She was new in town and thought she would as least mean her neighbors.

Stevie jumped a little at the noise. She removed the other earbud and paused the recording she'd been listening to. "Who..." She muttered while getting up. Her tail twitched nervously as she crossed the space from her desk to the door of her apartment. "Who's there?" She asked as soon as she was close enough, but didn't open the door. This would be considered suspicious anywhere else but not in Night Vale. At least, Stevie hoped so.

Voice is comprehensible and not child-like, so should be safe.
With a nod, Stevie opened the door. "Sorry, thought you might've been someone else...not that it matters." She shrugged, then shook her head, "Just not used to this place yet, I guess. Are you new here as well?"
