s**t, s**t, s**t, s**t, s**t. Persephone leapt from roof to roof, a litany of swears running through her mind. She'd thought to lure the Captain on her heels away from a civilian target, and it had worked - but now he was chasing her with a very intimidating mace and she was roofjumping in heels and she was very certain that this was going to go absolutely horribly.
"God please don't let me twist my ankle that's all I ask no ankle injuries please!" She rayed desperately, glancing back and picking up speed when she saw how close he was.Natron grinned, following hot on the heels of his new Senshi target. She was a Super, and so a challenge - or so he hoped, if he could get her to stop and fight. He'd hate to have her exhaust herself on the chase...and so, rather than keep playing, he took a guess and teleported directly in front of her, which meant she crashed into him and went falling backwards.
"Quit running and fight, brat."

Sirius quite liked rooftops, in fact she lingered on them not really doing a lot most of the time. She was having one of those inner turmoil moments, most call them a midlife crisis but she hadn't really made it to midlife yet. She was enjoying minding her own business even when she felt the two energy signals heading her way. She would have carried on minding her own business if they hadn't both landed on her roof! She peered round the chimney she had been leaning against and then sighed. She was sure they hadn't noticed her energy signal, after all they weren't acting like they had. However seeing the negaverse agent teleport made her laugh, so then she had to come out. "Seriously, you just teleported to catch her? You won't even have the energy to do anything now!" She had seen the negaverse teleport before, she knew it took a lot of energy to do that. Well at least it would be pretty easy to get rid of him! Apparently being around a while taught you a few things, as well as leading to midlife crisis a bit early!

Persephone slammed into him and stumbled backward, falling onto her butt. She yelped, and started mentally cursing her heels - how was she supposed to stay balanced while running on those things? Then, she felt someone else approach, and she started to sit up.
"Hey!" She called, and then the officer's boot came down on his chest, driving the air from her lungs.Natron was tired - teleportation was definitely a drainer of energy - but he was pretty confident he'd have this green-haired Senshi's starseed soon enough, and that would be energy enough to keep him going for the rest of the night. He turned to look at the other Senshi, his eyes narrowed.
"Why don't you mind your own business?" He asked. "I've got plenty enough energy to take both of you out, if I have to."

"Sure you do." She hadn't really acknowledged the senshi, she didn't see the point at that moment in time. She wasn't the issue, the officer that was clearly too big for his boots was. "Bring it on then." She spoke the words slowly while walking towards him. He wasn't going to get the chance to get the girls starseed. He was also clearly one of the idiots that the other negaverse agent she had met told her about. There were idiots on both sides. "So you think you can take me on?" She was nearly right beside him now and as she got closer she raised her fist aiming it straight at his face. Moron.

Natron stepped off the Senshi's chest in time to get away from the punch - he wasn't taking one to the face, no thanks, that wasn't on his agenda. Of course, it was probably a little cocky to get into it with two Senshi on his level, but he did cocky, stupid things all the time. He shifted to elbow her, not even worrying about his weapon. In close confines like this, it was almost useless.Persephone scrambled away as soon as she could, taking slow breaths and resting a hand on her chest. She was still sensitive about that - the memory of Leto's boot coming down and that awful, awful cracking noise was still fresh in her mind. Probably would be for a long time.

He dodged, but at least by doing so he let the senshi up. Sirius wasn't too bothered by the fact that the senshi was safe, she wasn't really bothered about the agent now, she had done her job, right? Then his elbow headed her way and so she moved back. There were times she wished that she could teleport away, especially when the senshi wasn't even getting up! What was wrong with her? Maybe she wanted to die? "Do you really want to take on two senshi at once, all on your own?" She didn't really feel like fighting, she was also feeling a tang of concern towards the senshi that didn't seem to be with it. Maybe she just needed some time, so it made sense really that Sirius threw another fist at the negaverse agent. Might as well get this over with!

Natron had definitely made a liar of himself. One Senshi who was terrified as all hell? He could handle that no problem. But one who refused to back down and another who he could see getting onto her feet out of the corner of his eye? He was very much considering retreating when the brown-haired one's fist connected.
That was when he decided it would be a good idea to stop talking and start punching, so he threw one back at her.It had taken her a moment to recover - the officer had probably accidentally brought back one of the worst moments of her early Senshi career - but once she was back on her feet, she pushed off from the edge of the roof and bodyslammed the Captain. Sure, she was tiny, not a lot of weight - but she was also a surprise, and so she actually sent him off his feet and onto the ground.
"Surprise!" She growled, sounding oddly exhilarated. There was something nice about not getting smacked around.

Her punch hit and his hit her, right in the shoulder that made her step back and curse a little at the pain. Damn it had been a while since she had been in a fight. She needed to get into shape. She went to throw another fist only to see him being tackled to the ground. Apparently the senshi was feeling all right after all. Sirius looked a little confused for a minute or two and then walked over to them. It wasn't her fight, she wasn't going to step in again unless the other senshi needed some help, though the idea of stamping on the nega's face was rather appealing right now. "Well that answers my question, he can't take on two senshi on his own." Die Fluegel der Freiheit So sorry! Been crazy busy this last week or so sweatdrop

s**t. "Get off me, you crazy b***h!" Natron growled. The Senshi was tiny but determined, and so it took some effort to shove her off him. That was it, he was done - two at once, both of whom were on his level? That was stacked far too much against him.
"I'm going. I'm gone," he said, pushing himself up and backing towards the edge of the roof. Nope, nope, he was out of here. He finally turned and made a running leap for the next building, quite content to exit gracefully and with his face un-pounded in.Persephone rolled off the Captain and stood up, brushing off her skirt and letting out a happy little exhale as he ran away and brushing off her skirts. "Well! That was fun." By some definition of the word. "Thanks for the rescue," she said, and she offered the Senshi a hand. "Sailor Persephone."

Fun wasn't the word that Sirius would have used, especially as she was sure that the senshi could have been done for but each to their own. "Sirius" she replied while taking the others hand. It seemed a little over formal but then again sometimes these things were. "How did you get in such a mess anyway? Do you not have a team? Friends? A phone to call for help..." Sirius rarely used her phone, who would she call now anyway? Even so, she knew many senshi did use their phones but she wasn't aware of how many, if any teams were around now.

Persephone shook Sirius's hand, and then frowned a little.
"I have a few friends, but not a proper team. I mean, I've been trying to start one, asking a few people here and there, because I'm really tired of being a support senshi all on my own." Maybe someone with more offense-oriented magic - or more battle training - than her could handle things by themself, but she much preferred the idea of being with a patrol group.

"Then why don't you make a team? If you have friends anyway, all it would mean is you guys being organised and going out together. Teams are like family, you get pretty close..." and then they fall apart and your left on your own. However it was possible that not all teams decided to become half corrupt and then the rest of a team have a vendetta against the corrupt side of the team. Oh how odd her team had been. "You could train together then too. It's usually better to be in pairs now-a-days anyway." The negaverse were obviously much more organised.

Persephone nodded. All the reasons Sirius listed were things she herself had considered when she was planning her team. "Are you on one?" She asked. The other Senshi seemed to know pretty well what went on in teams, and she really, really wanted advice from someone more familiar with that kind of thing.

"A team? No, used to be. Long story, not really worth going into." Sirius learnt a while ago not to mention the BMC, there were still some senshi that decided to avoid her once they knew so she kept that bit of information to herself.

"Gotcha," Persephone said. If the older Senshi didn't want to talk about it, it wasn't her place to push, even if she was curious. "I'm, uh, like I said, I'm starting one - and I could really use someone who knows what she's doing."
