Dyne Zhah Zif had managed to go out while the Goddess was healing and setting about the camp to right the wrongs and found the legendary spiders they had spoken about before. Keeping her triumph in secret from the Warrior, she harvested the precious silk and set to work designing armor and stitching it all together. When her task was done, did she then approach her Goddess with the armor in hand. It was light like actual silk, but all basic tests of fire, steel and arrows failed to rip the fabric - and she wanted to spar with her lady to test the material out herself with suspected weak spots so that she could better craft the material to protect their lady.
"My Lady, I have a gift for you. My travels in the forests were successful and I found those spiders - they were actually quite pleasing to interact with. I made a bargain with them to continue obtaining their silk to better craft armor for you and whomever else you see fit - I wish to test out this material on you m'lady and further strengthen it." She places the outfit on the altar, a soft smile on her face, "It would please me so to assist you further."

They had returned to the Stronghold... She had been keeping to herself mostly. Not out of any sort of emotion, to be frank, she was bloody well exhausted and she did not feel like dealing with anyone at the moment as her mind ticked over plots and plans for the future and her body mended itself from the battles that she'd been through.
Weeks of this had gone by, she was feeling much better, stronger and finding herself restless... She needed to do something, though the things that needed tending to were so unpleasant to her that she was having a difficult time finding the stomach to do them. She wasn't planning on anything that would be humiliating to herself, she just did not care to deal with those of her station... Well there was one... but of course, he had defected along with the only other that she could bear the company of in the past.
Feeling someone enter her temple, she'd leave her private chambers and quit her study of her various maps and plans, to see what it would be this time. Another tribute? That would please her, it was good for the army to grow.... another blessing? Well, if it was that, she was more at her peak then she had been before so it would not pose much of an issue if the one making the plea was worthy of course... But it was neither of these things. Her crimson eyes settled on Dyne, what a pleasant surprise, her lips curling into a cruel smile at the sight of one of her current favorites. She could tell that her follower was excited, pride nearly beaming from her as she held out her offering, placing the silken armor on to her alter, she'd allow the other to continue her words as she'd run a finger over the silk.
It felt just like any other, but her eyes could tell the difference, see the strength of it. Far superior to anything that they had procured so far. Though the fact that the other wanted to test it, caused one of her slender brows to raise as she'd lock her eyes upon her once more... "Let me tell you now Dyne, there is no test that you could run on this, that could match the strength of a God in battle..." she would consider a moment, it would not be beyond her to grant the other a weapon that could actually harm her... She herself could will her weapon into many forms... from thousands of needle thin spears, to the massive blade that was her choice weapon. Even her medical bag was indeed, tied to her essence like the blade. Dyne thus far had been the only that she had allowed to touch what was her most unholy of possessions. So yes, there could be a way past that... for a time she could allow the other to wield that which was hers, she wondered if Dyne realized the honor she had bestowed upon her in the past out of need... and now, for a test... "Have you something for yourself, to save you from the worst of my blade if we were to go ahead with this?..."

Dyne bows her head in greeting to the Goddess, a happy smile on her face as she watches the being inspect the material. The normal pockettu knew she'd be no match for the Warrior, but she was the only one suitable to test the material. That way she could know what to change and what to strengthen more or less. Breathability and all that fun stuff. She nods and stands up at the last question, pulling up her shirt to show a similar material underneath. "I have my vulnerable parts covered m'lady, if that is what you are worried about."

She'd chuckle softly at the others words... giving a slight shake of her head... it was almost... cute... the way Dyne could be. Such a disarming characteristic of a cursed... She could seem so sweet, so harmless... But as a cursed she knew that the Pockettu would be a terror in the breath of a second if needed... catching the unaware off guard... "I may have to send you on recruiting missions Dyne... I think your personality would offset any fears some would have..." she'd reach out and stroke her fingers over the Cursed's blue hair... "I have never been so pleased, to have my first impression proven wrong... as I have been with you Dyne..." she'd lift the material... looking over it once more before she'd come to a decision and toss it over her arm... "come, help me dress, then we shall meet in the field to see just what this armor can do..."

"If my lady deems it, then so be it." Dyne giggles softly, leaning into the stroke from her Goddess a bit to show she appreciated the affection. When the Warrior picked up the cloth and beckoned her to help don the outfit, the seamstress would nod and follow her. It didn't take long to put it on, but once it was it felt lighter than her normal clothing and yet still gave the sense of being protected and covered. She could easily still wear her own clothes on top and be able to move around with ease.

She'd receive a dark smile when she would speak those first words... Her misgivings about the Pockettu's courage had been for naught. Leading her back to her room she'd allow the other to don her armor for her, feeling the supple fabric beneath her clothing, cool against the skin... it seemed to shift and move with her rather than confine... "Very nice..." she'd comment, stretching and shifting about to different positions to test the fit and her maneuverability. "First impression of this silk, I may want all my garments made from it..." she'd chuckle softly, that would be wasted, this was for battle but it was so comfortable, flexible... she didn't even need to get used to it... She'd motion for Dyne to follow her, "Let's give it a true test, shall we? What is your preferred weapon?..." she'd cast a gaze back in her direction as she lead her to the training area, specifically for herself, it was deep below the Stronghold, so they were trekking down a myriad of obsidian stairs.

"I'm sure I could make a deal with the spiders to get a lesser armor like quality silk and manufacture some base armor clothing. It'd be worth the deal, I'm sure." She shifts her own armor and proceeds to follow the Warrior downt he stairs, "As for a weapon, I've been practicing with daggers. They resemble my scalpel a lot so it's easier for me to use."

They'd enter what appeared to be a cavernous room, with the ceiling so high it was swallowed in shadows. Their were braziers set in a pattern that would leave the area well lit but not crowding in any way. The floor was made of a material that absorbed the sound of their footsteps, lightly padded but still firm to give good traction... The Goddess turned to Dyne and held out her hand... "Let me see this dagger... " she'd wait until the other gave it to her, study it for a moment and then hand it back, "you can set those on the shelf over there for now, we're going to make this a true test..." she began to shift her weapon, softly through the red glow of her blade, first one duplicate but far superior to her own was made, followed quickly by a second.

((sorry for the delay in reply. x_x; )) Dyne stared in awe at the massive room, her eyes bugging out a bit as she looks about, getting a feel for her surroundings. She halts and pulls the dagger from the side of her belt, watching her Goddess study it for a moment. She frowns slightly as she was handed back the weapon and told to put it up on a shelf - but doesn't disobey. The cursed follower returns to her ladies side and stares in awe once more as she creates a new weapon from her own. "I don't wish to hurt you m'lady, just to test the material." She gulps softly as she reaches up to brush her hair from her face, a worried look on her face.

Expelling the softest of sighs, the Warrior gave a shake of her head. "The fabric may very well stand against your weapons Dyne, though it will be unlikely that I will meet on the battlefield with anyone wielding something untouched by divine or unholy..." she'd press the daggers into her followers hands, her red lips quirking into a crooked grin, "if you do manage to injure me Dyne my dear... Then I would say that you've been doing as you should and training for when the real threat comes." She'd take a few steps back, leaving the daggers with her... "I do trust your healing capabilities as it is, you have more then proven yourself in that arena." standing at the ready, she'd lift her eyebrows as if asking 'Well?'
