So as everyone knows, I joined up with Extra-Life again this year to raise money for children's hospitals. My goal is $200 towards Renown over in Reno, NV. You can track progress and donate here.
As for what I'm doing in response as my part of this charity....I get to play video games for 24+ hours! I will be livestreaming (url subject to change to Twitch) all of it (provided the internet doesn't want to crap out of course). That's where this list comes in...
The following is basically 95% or so complete, containing all of the games I own or have access to. I will be compiling a small list of games I -want- to play and then leaving slots open for people to suggest games for me to play that they want to see for whatever reason. Since I'll be playing as a team this year, we'll likely be playing a lot of co-op games which leaves room for you guys to join in too if you own the game.
Notes you should consider...
My SNES (Super Nintendo) is broken...I cannot use it at all :C I listed the games for my own record, but you cannot suggest anything from that list.
I'm leaving both the N64 and Sega Genesis at home as well and will not be playing either of these. I just don't have enough games to justify bringing them along. Sorry.
A small handful of games for the xBox/PS1/PS2 are also staying at home because they are things like Rock Band, intense RPGs or silly stupid movie based games or hunting games. Not worth the time or effort.
I will not be playing handheld games (Gameboy/DS/My Phone) as I have no way to stream them. If you want to play a handheld with me (Pokemon battle or something) catch me sometime after the stream.
- Note on this, I may test my webcam in showing some handheld stuff off. Depends on how well it works, if it doesn't, no handhelds.
I don't have xBox Live Gold right now. So I can't really play multiplayer xBox games. I won't be able to get live before then either I believe, so anyone that wants to play something on the xBox with me would have to give me the gold and I don't want to make people do that. I have a selection of multiplayer PC games instead.
