Moving was exciting and so was setting up a new room but being inside made her feel cramped. Trisha far preferred to find a nice place outside with grass between her toes and something to munch. The misty fall weather begged to be enjoyed.

She didn't really like going about alone, but there was little choice in the matter. She didn't yet have enough friends to create a decent herd all the time, and she still couldn't get a hold of her one friend she knew was here. He was ignoring her texts that was for sure. If she knew his room number, she would just plow in, but as of yet, she hadn't figured out how to get it.

Still she hated being alone. Outside her family's city walls was dangerous. How many times had she heard that? Even the other students could be dangerous... But that was the point of school, right? Still she wished some of the other Lamassu her age had come with her.

Finding a patch with some taller grass she plopped down ready to munch for a bit and settle her nerves as she stared out at the lake. Could there be a mermaid or two in these waters? She hoped so.

"Oh! Hello!" she gave the other student a wide smile, wondering what exactly she was. From those wings she might guess she was a demon or a dragon. Trisha had never met a dragon before. Still a new friend was a new friend and Trisha was happy to have another one.

"Sure have a seat, I'd love company. I'm a bit new." she chirped, giving the other ghoul a smile. "I'm Trisha." she got up long enough to hold her hand out for a shake. That was what you did with those hands things right? This was still taking a bit of getting used too, as useful as they were.

"No not long. I just got moved in really." she pulled up another patch of grass. "It's not all that different from home really, I'm from the city. The only difference is it's students and not all kinds of creeple. Though some of the smaller students haven't learned to move out of the way of the bigger ones yet. I tripped over a cute one a few days ago." she grinned a bit. "He was a little pony boil. I think he might grow but he looks like a mini."

"So where are you from?"

"Well I think you are doing fine. You just plopped right next to me and we are friends now. That's all it takes, except sometimes friends are grumpy. Then you have to chase them a little to give them a hug. One of my friends is grumpy that way." she paused a long moment and then shrugged. He was always that way.

"Does your desert have a lot of sand?"

Trisha listened intently. And did not sound fun to walk in, but it also sounded really pretty. "I'd like to go see one day." she certainly understood needing a nice spot to sleep on. Nothing was quiet the same as home. She still preferred sleeping on the ground to the bed.

"The lake is pretty. It's not scary though, well, except who knows what creeple stay in there.. sometimes the bulls back home would push us apasu into the water for fun." she frowned. "Not me often though, because I would push back." she nodded as if that was a perfectly normal thing to do. (Which back home it was.)
