Patrolling was hard work, which was exactly why Aludra was treating herself to an ice cream. She sat in a tree at her usual park (nobody was going to get mugged or whatever here) and enjoyed a non-too healthy breakfast. The ice cream began to melt down the cone and she licked chocolate off her hand as she surveyed the playground. It was still early; with a few hours before she’d have to get to school and the only people around were two joggers and an already hassled looking mum with her three kids. Nice and peaceful. Just the way she liked it. Carneli So I started this thing c: is this okay?

And then the peace was shattered.
"WAH-HOOO~" Columba howled as she ran from tree branch to the ground and made another leap in a solid tear through the city and then the park, even somersaulting on her hands and continuing her run.
She'd been up all night and the fact it was nearly time to sneak back into her dorm at St. Mags was far from her mind. She was a super senshi and it felt amazing, now that she was finally free of her stupid sister and cousin's advice and ulterior motives weighing her down.
It had been a fight getting Irene to teach her to make-up, but now that she finally had, and she was finally free, it felt amazing, and the young senshi was enjoying testing out her bump in power all over the park.

Aludra heard the other Senshi before she even felt her aura. With the ice cream now running across her hand unnoticed, she stood up on the branch, leaning forward to try and see the owner of rapidly moving energy signature. A bouncing figure appeared briefly through the trees at the other side of the park before disappearing again amongst the foliage. Taking on last quick bite of her sweet breakfast, Aludra dumped the rest, letting the cone fall to the earth and leaping off after the newcomer. With any hope she could cut the other person off before they left the park. Leaping from branch to branch as quickly as she could, she moved straight into Columba’s path.

Columba skid to a stop on her heels when a bright red senshi dropped in her path. She was pretty easy to spot among all the green.
"Whoa!" The super senshi grabbed her hat, and looked the other chibi up and down.
"Hi! Who are you?" She chirped, completely forgetting her terrible disruption of the peace seconds earlier.

Having landed neatly in front of Columba, Aludra lifted her skirts in a curtsy and peeked up at the other Senshi with a pleased smile. "I'm Sailor Aludra." She waved her hand, indicating the path Columba had just come charging along. "That was... that was pretty cool." Aludra had done a bit of jumping around in her short time as a senshi but she'd never let herself go like that. "Oh, and I like your outfit."

Columba grabbed the bill of her hat and turned it around before taking a dramatic bow.
"I'm super sailor chibi Columba!" She announced, and in spite of the long title, damn it felt good to have that super in there. "You're pretty!" Her fuku looked like a costume dress, and Columba was thoroughly impressed. Lutetia's dress was fancy too but it had more of a grandma style with the bonnet, so Aludra's was much more tuned into her jealousy streak with it's deep reds and pretty lace trim.
"Thanks!" She preened and stretched her arms over her head with a crooked grin. "I just got upgraded, it all feels so new all over again, it's amazing!"

"Super sailor chibi Columba." Aludra echoed, clapping her hands together gleefully. She flicked her hair back and didn’t even bother looking shy about the compliment, smiling pleasantly back at Columba. "Thank you." Pulling her hood off her head, Aludra eyed the stretching senshi thoughtfully. "We can upgrade?" It that was the case, she’d love to get to next stage as soon as possible, she’d just need to ask Columba how it worked.

"Oh, yeah, apparently," Columba shrugged and pulled out her upgraded super pen to wave it around.
Getting her surrounding comrades to actually let her upgrade had been such a battle, she was proud she was walking around in her new super form and not stuck in her base stage shorts.
She still couldn't figure out why she was still a chibi since she had been under the impression she would automatically go full senshi after turning fourteen, but that was a battle for another day.
"First you get your super stripes," She said, twisting a heal to show off the stripes at the bottom of her pants. "And then when you go eternal you get wings. On yer butt. It's pretty dumb."

“That’s great!” If she was a dedicated senshi she was sure she would find a way to upgrade and become stronger. Then she wouldn’t have to worry about things like the Negaverse at all. Leaning forward, she inspected the mentioned stripes and nodded at the mention of wings. Hypnos had those. Did that mean she was an eternal? “I think wings are nice. You’d look good with them.” She placed her hands on her lower back, imagining herself with a pair too.

"I do already have wings and stuff, but not the wings. The ones that matter," Columba lamented with an overdramatic sigh as she plated with her little winged earrings.
"Chaonis says the wings are to let everyone know you've achieved the ultimate level in badass, but I think it's kind of a silly way to show it. There has to be a better way! But I can't change the system... So I just want them."
There was a bit of a thoughtful pause before she chirped out an, "Oh well!" and added, after taking a long hard look at Aludra's fuku, "What's your sphere, anyway?"

"Oh I dunno. When you see an eagle with huge wings you imagine them as being rather bad-a**, at least more so than a pigeon or something." Now she really wanted a pair for herself. "Pathways," Aludra replied proudly. "What about you?"
