Today, was not exactly a pleasant day. Nothing truly bad had happened, sure, but the previously cloudy day had turned rather unpleasant and a bit dark with the clouds changing from a mild gray to darker with the passing of hours. And now? Now a dense rain was falling that made it seem darker than it actually was, which didn't bode well for the boil.
He'd been out looking at classes and courses, or possibly just trying to learn how to read a bit better. It was debatable. Regardless, he'd been out at the main building when the light pitter patter of droplets started to fall on the roof. Then the windows at times when the wind blew correctly to angle them. The world in a nutshell was now a nice wet world. Puddles forming and all. Which, he didn't hate per say, but he wasn't exactly happy either. Nor had he dared to stay out past dark yet. And the world seemed a bit different in the haze of the droplets as he started out, intending to make his way back toward the demons dormitory. He'd made it a ways down the path, squinting ahead to try and see which way to go and properly sodden at that point.
The previously fluffy cloak hanging heavily against him and his hair having properly lose the bounce. He might have had a rather familiar smell of wet dog to add to it all, but overall the boil was pretty drenched. He wasn't scowling, just a bit concerned. He was sure it was that direction to get home but... was that right? His tail flicked back and forth a few times as he looked about the area, sending a bit of water in each direction as he did. Hmmm... maybe he should just go? This wasn't exactly helping... if anything standing still just got him more soaked to the bone. And with all the rain no one was around to ask either...Nyxtsuki Moon AND THEN THERE WAS AN ARPEE Save the poor soaked mutt, kay? Also dis is done for color referencing if you wanted to see OvO See~

Amphi had been steadily walking the grounds, raincoat belted tight and rain boots pulled up high. It wasn't unusual for rain but you know...it did happened. And when it did, the mermaid had to be extra careful not to let her form switch, and while she would have steady water...she couldn't travel as a mermaid. Its not like she could walk on her tail fin.
As such, a large umbrella covered her from the dangerous water drops, and she enjoyed the small pitter patter of it on the fabric of the umbrella.
Not many liked to come out during rain.
Which as she turned the corner, she was surprised to see a boil just standing in the middle of the path. Obviously wetter than he should be, where was his umbrella?
"Ex...Excuse me!" She rushed over, leaning over to include him in the umbrella cover. "You'll catch a cold if your not careful..." She leaned a little further, "Do you want a towel----Aki?" Her voice startled, looking at the puppy clearly. He looked much different with the large armor and lock on his arm. "Aki is that you?"

Right, he'd just... he'd go that way! It was still better than not being sure and waiting for something to solve his woes and problems. Doing was better than stagnating in place. Or so he'd decided, just as the sound of a voice caused both ears to perk up from their drooped position as he turned to look in the direction of the noise.
Shortly after the noise it seemed as if the rain stopped to a degree, as the umbrella the ghoul had blocked it out with the faint patter of the drops on it. He'd... never seen one before. One could visibly see the 'Oh' of awe on his face as he stared up at it, then toward the ghoul as she spoke again, this time about how he'd catch a cold. Well... maybe. He might have, but he liked to think he was at least a bit better at not getting sick than that? Then again, he didn't have much to go off of. This... would be an experiment of sorts, wouldn't it?
Though, then just as she chimed about a towel she paused and stated his name. That was odd, had they met? She didn't look familiar, no one he'd met in the last few days... so..? "Yeh..?" He stated it slowly as she inquired if it was him, nodding a bit as he continued to give her a confused stare, his head tilting to one side. "Weh meh bahfahr?" He added, still trying to recall where he'd have seen her from. Certainly she didn't feel entirely foreign, but he didn't know her. No name came to mind, no place, no conversation. Nothing. Zilch. Nada.
But if she knew his name, he had to know her? At least that was a pleasant thought, which did get his tail flicking back and forth a bit happily. Which did cause a bit of a spray of water to each side as some of the excess got flung off. "Buh ahm Akeh, yeh!" He added, smiling rather happily at her. Did she have to do with those memories that voice said he had, that... he didn't really have. Because that would help with some of those questions too, right? ...like why he'd woken up at the school. If there was some other reason he woke up there other than to learn... and did everyone have a voice and a door that talked to them? Just that stuff that made him sound a bit crazy at times.
...there was a reason he didn't ask people about that stuff.
