Really, he had TOTALLY taken her out for eye scream like he said, but it seemed a favourite of the ghoul's. Not that he minded, just that going out all of the time wasn't always in the schedule. The town was busy, he had homework, and he had to sleep sometimes. Unlike the undead ghoul with what her texts were hinting at.
Waking up to five texts sometimes was an odd thing he was getting used to.
Regardless, the demon was adjusting in his own way to the oddities of how the world ran outside of his household and the upper social elite. And it wasn't an all bad place. Minus creeper owls, world explosions, unfortunate issues, and... creeple trying to eat his bells. Oh. And learning to cook. That was harder than he'd imagined. Still, today was a special occasion!
He'd invited Olivia out for snacks near the forest because today was a day he had managed NOT to burn things. Or destroy them. Or just ruin them in general. With the proper help and guidance of a fellow demon by the name of Xiu. Who had more patience than anyone he knew for putting up with all of his failures at cooking. But as it was, he had spookies that, while they weren't amazing, he'd made. And honestly Olivia wasn't one to judge his poor culinary skills, and he liked the little wight so why wouldn't he invite her out to enjoy them. And a few sandwiches. He was rather good at making unbaked goods that were acceptable at this point, so, well those were redeemable. Even if the spookies were what he was proud of. He hadn't even complained about the heat from the oven that much while cooking.
Seriously. This was worthy of a pat on the head. That he was never going to admit he might have wanted. Or well praise. Praise would be good.
So as it was, he'd chosen a nice simply blanket of blues, not white since that would just get stained, and brought out a small basket of items to enjoy. They would have a nice, peaceful picnic since the weather was cooling down a bit due to the seasons. And life was better for it. Clear skies, but no sun beating down to make him or anyone else too miserable. Yes, rather perfect. So with that in mind he merely sat on the blanket and waited. Hopefully Olivia hadn't forgotten he invited her, right?Chirigami Seriously. He didn't burn something. neutral

No, Olivia had't forgotten about the little invitation to the woods with Molan (pfft, please). She had simply gotten herself a little sidetracked, something that happened from time to time when one wandered aimlessly a lot. And with that, a little smaller, making the journey a little more difficult on stubby little legs. Well, in a sense. It was a little fun to see everything at a different level.
Because what found Molan and his wonderfully arranged spread upon the forest floor that had been handled with time and care was a rather super deformed version of the already petite ghoul; shorter, disproportioned in some ways and if actually possible, with larger eyes. Besides the change, a crown of white roses were atop her head, perhaps the cause of her current state. But there were no signs of distress, even with the difficulties. No, Olivia looked as pleased as punch as she normally did; a smile on her face, her eyes wide with a soft glow. In fact, she was actually skipping. And all the more happier when she finally spotted the fox boil and their picnic to be.
Olivia waved. OuO

Thankfully, despite his concerns and probably worry fit, not that Olivia got to see it, or anyone else for that matter. Olivia did show up, but not in the exact manner that Molan had expected. Rather, as she waved she only received a stare, as both ears fell back a bit and his mouth found itself dropping a bit agape. Only for a moment before it snapped shut again as he regained some form of composure, just enough to scramble forward to look over the tiny... tiny adorable monstrosity that was the wight.
"Olivia, are you alright? What happene-"[/b Why was she still smiling? She was misshapen, and despite being rather fitting and cute for her, he was quite worried. "Do you feel fine, does anything hurt?" She'd been crammed into a form about half of her size hadn't she? Not that such things couldn't happen, and he did do something not unlike that when shifting to his natural form. BUT THAT WAS ONLY NATURAL!
This was not.
He lightly patted her head before giving her another look frowning a bit at her. Which was hard, because... she was pretty cute like that. And seemed like she wasn't in some terrible pain, but... but he had to make sure. "Do you need me to do something? Get something?" Protective nature first, then perhaps cuddle the miniaturized cuteness that was the ghoul. Because seriously, she was still adorable in a creepy way. But that was, in fact, normal for her.

It was actually really amusing to watch Molan imitate a fish as he took in the sight of her. She had to admit it took some time to get used to herself but the nice long walk here had helped in that case. Olivia simply kept on smiling as he questioned her state.
"A nice lady gave me a flower crown," was how she explained it, holding her hands up to point at the crown (they didn't quiet make it all the way up to showcase it but they at least were gesturing to the general location of her fine hair accessory). "And then everything got bigger and I was closer to the ground," her hands continued to animate her explanation. First they went all wide and then they went low to wave at the ground, little fingers wiggling. "But I am fine," she nodded quiet vigorously, her tighter curls bobbing about. Despite the size of everything, she indeed felt very much alright.
His patting hand felt a little odd though, larger than usual. But perhaps that would be a given condition with all of this. Her friend was just very much taller than her, even before all this so of course his hand would feel like it was the size of her whole head. It was still as comforting as always though. "Nope!" She squeaked out, and toddled past him to see what he had prepared on the blanket. So much neat stuff. OuO
