No problem, the only reason it is still up is because we are waiting on at least two people from it to get online to inform them about the Auto Rank wipe.
As far as that goes, pretty much everything is open I believe.
Anything in particular you're looking at/for?

well as a genin...not really seeing as how I wont be importing my main RPC here, I will just start a new RPC.

Import? Oh I see you had a RPC who a Jounin but never a Genin. Well can't you have the Jounin RP down grade to a Genin or how he or she was before they became powerful?
