Mt. Ferros Intermediate Rank, Levels 1 - 20 Home to Rock, Ground, and Fire Types Forming a border around the west and south sides of Armonia is a long mountain range known as Mt. Ferros. In truth, Mt. Ferros is a dormant volcano, known for its fertile red soil. It's also a primary source of ore for Armonia. Although it's been many years since the last eruption, that doesn't mean the inside of the volcano is any less dangerous -- Mt. Ferros is full of long, intricate caverns, with a temperature so hot that only Fire, Rock, and Ground Pokemon can navigate it without help. Other Pokemon must obtain aVial of Waterto withstand the heat for more than a few minutes. In an effort to encourage treasure hunters to bring in items for the Gracidea Trading Association, Kasimira has a special promotion going on at her shop, offering Vials of Water for free.

Fizzle was excited to be going on another adventure, and not just because he felt like exploring, either! He was going because he wanted to complete the quest the guild had to offer all its members.
"One ice rock, one red rock and one rock..." he said to himself. All things he already had, but he couldn't use the ones already owned, It was time to get to work!

Oh God, that wasn't a rock! He had walked right into a cave with a Quilava, and the pokemon did not look happy to see him.

He was knocked right back out of the cave. "Ouch!" he yelped, rubbing his nose. That attack had really been a painful one!
Sighing, he turned away, making sure not to let himself go back into that area again.
He entered the next area, hoping to see one of the rocks he needed sitting on the floor. Perhaps in the middle of the room, like a perfect little present. Though... that would probably mean it was a trap.
He did not want to deal with more really tough pokemon so soon!

Thankfully, he found a vial of water, and not a pokemon in the cave.
The next room was very tall, and pieces of the rocks were sticking down from the ceiling. They were pointed and it was very pretty. He didn't know what to make of it.

Pretty though it was, it didn't have anything interesting in it. So he moved on.

That area was large, and it took him a while to get through it. The next area, by comparison, was very small. He smiled and looked around, wondering if it would have more of those sharp rocks.
