Which of you Washingtonian Gaian's are going to SakuraCon in a few months? What are ya gonna be dressed as, if anything?

Me, I'm going as a female counterpart to the Leife Knight of Sound - Sasame, from Pretear. whee

I might be going with some friends, but it's not clear. If I do go, I'm not going to dress up as anything.

I want to go, but I need to think of something to cosplay as. Perhaps I could use my Samurai outfit from halloween? Who knows.

Once again I'll state this:

I'm attending as a "Guest of Honor", for my work on re-designing
the logo for ANCEA (who hosts SakuraCon each year).

Only snag I got so far is getting the money to afford rooming
with my friend Jaime from Montana (bleh.....it's $125...ouch).

And I will be Cosplaying as "Kankuro" from Naruto.....

Hey, anyone going to the AMV dinner after the AMV contest?

We did have one last year, but it was just a few creators, and some others. Seijin(AMV Coordinator for this year) was going to make signs and stuff last year, but he was too busy with security. I think this year we'll have a bigger crowd(because info on it will be like, everywhere). Although, unfourtunately, anyone and everyone that went to last years dinner will not be going this year. Thats like... all.... of my friends... I'll be alone, well Seijin will be there, and I'd be really happy to meet some of you folk from Gaia!! 3nodding You don't have to be a creator, or watcher of AMV's to come either. I think I shall make a huge sign and wear it with something completely crazy on it, stating I'm from Gaia xd .

I'm not dressing up as anyone, I'm not a fan of dressing up >>... Plus, it's too late to buy or make a costume. I will be talking a lot of pictures xd .

Sadly, I'm still stuck at college during Sakuracon this year...And I really wanted to cosplay from Bleach....or do the insanely simple Green Drugstore Apron.
BTW, if anyone needs cosplay advice...like how to make stuff, I have much knowledge and resources. When I'm around for the summer, I also take commissions.

representing him at the con since he can't afford to go)

Update on my rooming plans: couldn't get the dough to
pay for staying with my friends from Montana, so I'm
going to stay with another friend for free (she rocks!)
