Enzo had done some snooping around. Under the guise of Radio Amity, he had performed a few harmless "Interviews", gathering what intel he could.
All signs had pointed toward a particular monster with deep pockets. He grinned, humming to himself as he searched campus for any student that fit that description. This was a friendship he was yearning to cement.

With the abundance of skeletons, ghosts, slender effeminate and beautiful demons, Muka stood out quite a bit. He was currently stepping out of the ghost dorms and adjusting a billowy silken ascot with his skull pin. The rotund boil was grinning ear to ear and only took a second to wipe a smudge of ink from his tattooed hand. After a few steps he paused, reached to the sky and streeeeeeeeeeeeetched. Wings, arms, everything. He took in the musty breeze and the gentle warmth of oncoming (if not everpresent) fall. "Ohhh.." He trilled to himself when he realized Halloween was coming up.

Thankfully, Muka was definitely easy to spot. At the sight of the wings and well-dressed belly, Enzo headed straight toward him. He was wearing his best suit and cleanest, newest Fedora, keeping his steps confident and full of authority as he waved him down, "Hey there!"

"Helloooo.." Muka waved hello, the word dragging into a definite 'hoo'.  It wasn't often he met other students in suits and some of the fancier demons didn't socialize with him. This boil had no horns though and lacked any of the tell-tale signs of a monster. "How are you?" He grinned and tucked his thumbs into his waistcoat pockets. "Can I.. hrmm.. help you with something?"

Enzo took in the man's expression and for a moment was taken off guard. Dear lord, what a palooka. This guy would be easy to play. Enzo grinned, tipping his hat, "Good evenin'! Names Enzo, Enzo Valentino," He offered a hand out to shake with the owl creature, and a rat that had been sleeping under his hat when he tipped it gave a squeak of terror and ran for dear life. "I heard you was a well-to-do sort of monster. Real ritzy fella."

"A pleasure Mr. Valentino!" Muka shook his hand firmly. His father had taught him the importance of a proper grip between gentlemonsters. "My name is Ulmuka Knobwalker. Muka to most." He giggled. Enzo's casual compliments made Muka grin just a bit bigger and puff out that barrel chest just a biiiit more. "Well perhaps.. hee.. perhaps you heard correct."

Enzo grinned as it seemed the large owl boil received compliments very well. Just keep buttering him up, he'd be putty in his hands. He flicked a roach off of his shoulder, removing his hat politely, "Ah! Well, see, I got a business proposition for you. Just a bit of investment and I'm sure I could easily double whatever you put in... if you're game."

The fat juicy roach caught Muka's eye as it was flung away, skittered into the lawn, and disappeared. His followed it even while his head remained static. What had the boil said? The words business and investment stood out but he'd been so distracted by the roach... Still, it was enough to get his attention back. Business was what he'd decided he wanted to do with himself. To help the family business, to be useful, to add to their wealth. "Ahh yes of course.." Muka grinned wider and drummed his talons on his belly. "What sort of ahhh game is it?"

"I know this guy, see, and he's good at papers. Makin' them look all official-like, see?" He gave the owl-boil a wink. "Just need a modest little investment into the business I got startin' up of say... a few hundred seeds? Just to pay the right people and get the ball rollin'. We'd calculate your return percentage o'course. Can say it's for Radio Amity," Another wink.

A new business? So the boil was an entrepreneur? Muka was definitely willing to listen to him but for the moment everything sounded very vague. "And what sort of hrmm.. business is it?" Muka's head tilted. He wasn't exactly going to just empty his pockets into a stranger's hand. He'd yet to experience any instant-friend connection with this boil like he had with some other friends. "Radio ahh.. related?"

"A money makin' business!" Enzo gave Muka a hard slap on the back, narrowly missing the wings in the process. Alright, so maybe he was making this up as he went along, but this upperclassman just had too much to offer. "You ah... lend out a lot of money, fella'?"

Muka giggled as he was slapped on the back. Unfortunately for Enzo, Muka did have some small experience with business and he'd spent a bit of time around his father's business associates.
"Mr. Valentino.." He snickered, teeth coming down in an audible 'snap'. "I'm amenable to all sorts of business ventures." His golden eyes took a turn from the joyful and adopted a slight predatory edge. "I am willing to listen.. ah.. hrmm.. yes.. but you are coming off a bit like a used-hearse salesman!" He now giggled and returned Enzo's heavy-handed back slap.

The much more petite boy wobbled at the slap, nearly losing his hat in the process. His pale face flushed at the accusation and he cleared his throat, straightening with his thumbs hooked in his suspenders.
He opened his mouth.
He closed it again and narrowed his eyes contemplatively.
"Maybe I did come on a bit strong there."

The admittance made Muka only giggle more. He seemed to be genuinely enjoying himself. "Perhaps.. heh.. you are, what do they say ahhhhh, putting it on a bit?"
The strix's expression was surprisingly open, even with the static expression. "If you lack confidence in your venture, or perhaps question it's validity.. hrmm well.." He picked a sharp tooth with one of his talons. "I'm still willing to hear you out." Things never really came to Muka as good or bad. Questions of morals were not often things he contemplated. The monster boil, in fact, wasn't even thinking that something illegitimate was going on.

Right. Don't jump the gun too quick, this wasn't your average chump- this one could potentially be a great asset. Start small. Keep it simple. Don't let eagerness jumble his story.
He removed his hat to show his humbleness. "Honestly, I been lookin' to upgrade some of the equipment in the A/V room. Expand the program, see. Actually get one of them computters for the cats with those empty-three's they wanna share. Fundin' from the school's pretty lackin'. Got some ideas to generate some flow, but takes a little more startin' cards than we're dealt usually, which, for the record, is zero and whatever I can scrounge."
