Name: Belladona Cherie McMahon

Nickname: Bell

Age: 20

Birthday: December 12

Sign: Sagittarius

Gemstone: Topaz

Blood Type: A+

Fav. Food: Meat, potatoes, pasta dishes, and pastries

Hated Food: Most megetables.

School: College (non-DCU)

Hobbies:
Theatre - It has been Bell's life blood since she was six. The stage is Bell's true heart-home. She has been in many plays in her time, and favors musicals. She can talk your ear off about the ins and outs of theatre, and can come off as a bit of a prema donna and well...maybe she is.
Singing - It goes hand-in-hand with theatre, and perhaps that is just as well, for Bell loves to sing almost as much as she loves being on stage. Put the two together and she is the happiest girl around. Bell is a boisterous mezzo-soprano who has been professionally taught, as well has harboring natural talent in the art of the voice.
Literature - Bell reads a lot. Often if a play or musical is based on a book, she'll quickly pick it up and consume it, though she'll often read out of simple pleasure, as well. Reading is a good escape from the troublesome world she lives in, or so she has found.
Home Decor - Bell likes to make her surroundings very visually pleasing. She learned how to sew by defacto (it was one of the responsibilities she picked up in theatre) and has since made the most gorgeous linens for her for her bedroom. That said, her room is usually always changing with new decorations fit for a princess. If Bell had a designer line it would most certainly be called; "Royal Extravagance." That said, she does do things tastefully, and you'd be hard pressed to find any sort of clutter in her apartment.

Virtues:
Persevere and Carry on -- Despite all the disappointments in her life, and no matter how jaded she's become, Bell continues on through sheer force of will. Stubborn? No doubt! But Bell has an admirable ability to carry fourth with the path before her, the had destiny has dealt her, and the goals she herself has set. Life is too short and sweet to succumb to fear, regret, and woe. One must spit in the face of the bad, curb-stomp the road blocks of life and trod on. Because if you stop...it's all over.

Loyalty -- Bell has a deep sense of loyalty and indebtedness to those close to her or who are 'on her level,' so to speak. Even if they protest at times, she never lets a debt go unpaid. She'll go to ridiculous lengths for her friends, which small reward for what it takes for her to consider you her friend... But none-the-less, Bell is a damn good friend to have.

Honesty -- If anyone is going to give you the cold, hard, honest, truth, it is going to be Bell. She likes to keep things in perspective, and isn't going to sugar-coat things and beat around the bush to spare your feelings. Now, why isn't this a flaw? Because it's better to be honest and tell it like it is, than to be a liar with a friendly face, doing a disservice to whoever you're lying to. Bell finds honesty to be important, as it helps one move forward, even if it isn't what they want to hear, because lies keep a person stagnant, and hinders forward progress.

Flaws:

Question Everything, Accept no Bullshit -- Bell is a very 'need to know' girl. She feels she absolutely needs all the details of everything. Bell finds it hard to really be motivated to act unless she knows why she is doing something - Why do I have to do this? What am I supposed to achieve? Why can't I do this, this way? What happens if I fail? Why should I do X? Etcetera. Bell doesn't not like not having a reason or an explanation, and rarely acts without being adequately knowledgeable in what she is getting in to.
Bell tends to shut down and dig her claws in when she doesn't get answers, and and until she does, you can expect her to be rather obstinate and stubborn.

Jaded -- 'The end result of having a steady flow of negative experiences, disappointment, and unfulfillment fed into a person where they get to the point where their anger circuits just sort of burn out and they accept disillusionment.' Bell was one of the first Senshi on the scene. She has been through years of war, and it has worn her down emotionally to the point where she spends a lot of her time viewing the world in a cynical light, and trying to be detached from it all. She is the definition of 'jaded.' Her view towards the war is apathetic at best, and it has begun to leak in to her civilian life. Her tolerance for people is not what it used to be, because she's come to harbor such cynical thoughts.

Holier-Than-Thou -- Bell holds herself separate from others in a most sanctimonious way. It's not that she thinks she's better than anyone else, but merely that... Okay, maybe she does. At least on some level. And she projects that detached-from-the-world, better-than-you aura that often alienates her from others. Some would call her a snob, others perhaps words more..colorful. Bell does not refute these things, for she projects these things, and what more, she seems to know she does, and has no problem with it! As far as she's concerned, anyone who truly matters will get to know her and see past all that. They'll climb up that damned pedestal to reach her level to speak eye-to-eye with her if they really are worth a damn!

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Cornflower blue, thickly lashed, big.

Hair: Strwberry-brunette. Often worn in a braid 3/4 of the way down. Bell has short bangs that part in the center.

Face: Fair and heart-shaped, usually with a light blush to her cheeks, maybe some eyeshadow, and a pink-ish lipstick.

Clothes: Simple and modest. Usually shades of creme, light blue, and light pink. She seldom wears pants, preferring skirts and leggings.

Her attacks basically appear and work the same, just with a small enough difference to need re-approval. As I have come to understand her sphere better, I feel they needed to reflect her sphere a bit more;

Attack #1 - Fortitude Draining Chakram
Effect; Mental Break
Duration; less than a minute
A glowing golden chakram materialize above her upturned palm. Bellatrix throws this magical chakram at her opponent. When it connects, the very will to fight as they essentially have the fortitude sucked right out of them. This feeling lasts for less than a minute. The attack is easily dodged.

(Super)Attack #2 - Super Fortitude Draining Chakram
Effect; Mental Break; Pain
Duration; 1 minute
Much like her original attack. Two glowing golden chakram materialize above her upturned palms. Bellatrix throws the magical chakrams at her opponent. When the first one connects they essentially have the fortitude, the very will to fight, sucked right out of them. The organ most associated with fortitude is the heart - due to this when the second one hits, opponents also may feel an imaginary pain in their chest. The attack is easily dodged - an opponent can dodge one, or even both. The effects of the attack last a minute. That said, Bellatrix also only has a minute to throw both Chakrams. She can not throw one, and then wait a while and throw the other. After a minute, the effect and an un-thrown chakram will disappear.

(Eternal)Attack #3 - Eternal Pulsating Fortitude Ring
Effect; Trap; Mental Break and Pain.
Duration; very rarely last over a minute,
Bellatrix raises her hands to the sky as she calls out her attack. A golden ring forms around her opponent. There is a possibility of escaping the ring as it forms. Once the ring has fully formed, the opponent is trapped, and ripples of magic pulse through the opponent, steadily breaking down their fortitude, and as with the Super attack, causing some degree of pain. Bellatrix must be very focused in order to deliver and hold up the attack, making herself vulnerable if there is more than one opponent. The ring can very rarely last over a minute, during which Bellatrix can deliver several series of ripples, never exceeding five. The ring gets weaker with each pulse, eventually breaking if the max number is reached before the two minutes is up, or her concentration breaks.

Hey, Fayth!

Everything looks pretty good, though I have a small question about her basic and super attacks! Leaving an opponent totally paralyzed for a minute gives the people attacking time to do a lot of damage; does this mean that if Bellatrix casts her magic, the target is helpless to defend themselves for up to a full minute (or, after a few hits/when their life was in danger they would be able to defend themselves a bit to make things a bit more fair?)

And for her eternal; when the target is trapped in the ring, are they open to other attacks as well or does the ring prevent others from getting too close and attacking them as well as keep the target imprisoned?

[Quote me if you make any changes or have any questions and I'll be back asap!]

Edited them taking out the paralysis effect. There was enough going on there with the mental stuff and the pain, anyway. XD Time-wise, I was going with what her attacks had originally - "About a minute" and "2 minutes or less," but I lessened the time on the super and eternal attacks, as well as clarifying a little something on the Super attack.

All in all, I was trying to have the attacks roughly the same as they were originally, but representing her sphere more. Though I don't do much with her senshi side anymore as is. XD

All right! Thank you for clarifying and I don't think there are any issues at all with her attacks so I'm dropping off a stamp! Have fun!
