As she was traveling she couldn't help but draw attention to herself. All she wanted was to be left alone, but even that seemed too much to ask for. Gaining many stares and the like from people as she traveled from one place to the next, she seemed an expert however when it came to disappearing in crowd when the guards seem to narrow in on her. Quite a feat considering her rather distinct look.
Hood up she wasn't about to let all her hard work be for nothing, and if she ever found herself in a tight spot she supposed she could just flash that stupid medal she had received, part of her had half a mind to leave it back at the chard remains of her home but...if it was suppose to grant her safe passage then who was she to argue.
Traveling through Ayr she found herself the target of something else beyond the stares of people. In fact she found she drew too much attention from a flock of dactyl that perhaps remembered her visitation upon Ayr and combusted many of them before. Caught off guard the young woman tried to destroy what of these annoying pests she could but found herself overwhelmed. Hissing as she send flames about her, she blamed her hair for most of her problems. Since she had taken out the tie that normally kept her long thick hair gathered it was now flying around in often times in her face.
But she had figured she would bring it to Junjie and leave it for him. Why? She truely had no idea WHY she was doing something so silly. But some part of her...wanted him to remember her, if she never came back anyway. Right now though she had to contend with this annoying creatures by making a desperate attempt to flee. The young woman cursed herself for walking blindly into this fight, after all you'd think after destroying so many of their flock she would remember where their nesting area was.
Still she hadn't exactly anticipated that they would be out to get revenge for their fallen comrades. They were just dumb creatures right? Well dumb or not they were out for blood, with talons and beaks that raked her skin and pulled at her hair. Staff in hand she tightened her grip as she sent another blast of fire to try and scatter the beasts. A shriek as they tried to avoid the flames but when they regrouped the woman was gone.
Tilawen wasn't so stupid to try again, the only reason she had defeated a large group before was because she had planned out her attack. Next time...they wouldn't be so lucky.
