Non-Colorist Techstaff Logs This is where all non-colorist staff get to post their workload per month. Every post will be for a particular month, and techstaff simply need to edit in the posts what they've done for the month. This will let other staffers know what it is you're working on, and customers transparency in what you do.
On top of some gold, techstaffers will also receive compensation with 2 credits a month, standard.
If techstaff wishes to trade in their monthly gold allowance for an extra credit, please state that at the top of your workload log for the month! That's right, instead of gold, we will pay you in credits only, and for that month you can get 3 credits.
Please post either Standard Payment or Credit Only Payment in your monthly quota. This will let us know, for sure, what someone wants to be paid. If you forget, we will assume it's standard. You cannot change or edit it once payment has been sent so please stay on top of your quota.
Last but not least, please log credit cash in here, too. As we keep a running tally of credits, we need to know who has used what, when, and for what.
This Credit System is a WIP right now. It is still being discussed, so is subject to change!
1 Credit = Unedited Mini =OR= Familiar & Two Items
2 Credits = Edited Mini
3 Credits = Unedited Fullsize Common to Super Rare =OR= Mutant Mini
4 Credits = Edited Fullsize Common to Super Rare =OR= Breeding
5 Credits = Unedited Limited =OR= Mutant Fullsized
6 Credits = Edited Limited
7 Credits = Mutant Limited
