After Excalibur remade the world, it was the time of reckoning; the 'Gate' was there, ready to return him to Halloween Town---

But no. He can feel something. REVENGE.
The throne behind him still seeks revenge.

"One more time, please." he called.

The Scythe, Lost Memories appeared. It seems to lost some of its form, weakening due to the loss of Insanity from Merlin. Its form was kept using numerous chains and a blue, glowing lock.
But somehow he can hear its voice.

'It's okay. I can hold on for a bit.'

On the place where the grip and the blade meet was a Blue Lock; Seal of Protection given to him by Excalibur. Should that seal released, his memories will return, in exchange of losing this weapon's power.

'Let's do this...my creator. Our last battle!'

The Throne, still crazy for Revenge attacked!

"Come forth, the crystallization of my emotion, hope and desire! BLADE BIRTH!!!"

The weapon reappeared mid-air, its sharp edge digging into the shadowy body of said creature.

CLANK.

A sound resounds from the chains covering his weapon: a small decoration on it broke.

With that, his memories of being rescued by his headphones returned.

The Lock is opening.

His memories are returning.

With it, the weapon's form is crumbling.

"Let's end this with a bang, should we?" Said Rei, putting the large weapon on his shoulder while assuming a crouching pose.

"Erase all reprisals for the ones that have sinned against the very fabric or Reality---"

As he muttered those words, he vanished.

SLASH.

A deep gash suddenly appeared on the Throne's shadowy body.

"---destroy the peace of those who made others suffers---"

SLASH.

Another wound appeared.

"---be condemned forever together with the spirit of fury and rage---"

SLASH!

At each glint of light, a wound appears and a seal is broken.
This is his true power. Lost Memory's highest ability---

As the weapon broke, the Seal given to him by the Sword of Protection, Excalibur also breaks, returning all of the borrowed memories into his mind.

He looked down to the Throne's remains. There are some Fragments lying there.

"Can I still make it?" He asked himself.

He reached for the Fragments, holding those close to his heart---
And wished.

He wished not for a weapon for carnage.
He wished not for a blade for killing.
What he wished is an arms, made for protecting.
The symbol of courage to face the enemy even if they are weak-
The symbol of hope that will still be there even if they are defeated.

"Your have forgotten something. Memories. I borrowed those from you and now you have my word I will return them. You are bound perhaps for greatness. Take these memories and become more than you ever were, greater than you can possible imagine. As long as there are still heroes in this world, as long as someone calls for me, for the need to Protect this world, I will be there."

Excalibur's words again resounded in his mind.

He once again took the oath of the Artifact he once deemed King.

"I will be greater than I could be. A hero that the world needed. A hero who answered the call of distress. A hero that protects not only the world around him---but the entirety of it. Let it be born once again. My resolve. My feelings. My desire to protect!"
