he's pretty bad though. any good adc would wreck him.
How is he pretty bad? Can't any 'good adc' wreck someone else?
his ult is single target. if a tank walks in front of your line of fire, the ult is pretty useless. his q is under-powered as well. he can manage some good lane harass with his w but that's honestly about it. another thing is that his ult can only fire in one direction when cast which is a huge problem if you make a single mistake. he also doesn't really have any boosts aside from the bonus attack speed from hitting w marked enemies. hell, i'd be able to go thresh adc against him and win.
