T a l e n t s:: Kyo loves causing problems and has become very talented as a trickster. He's also a very skilled fighter and the King of Parkour.
Q u i r k s:: Kyo will bite his lips when he frustrated whether its sexual or just in general. It's very sexy and cute which he is unaware of. He also has a habit of running his hand through his hair.
S k i l l s:: Kyo is a Neko but he can transform to a completely human form, Neko form, or cat form. He prefers his Neko and cat forms and will very rarely make his tail and ears disappear. He is an amazing fighter, but will get too cocky sometimes and that's how he gets hurt.

P e r s o n a l i t y:: Kyo is very independent and mysterious. He doesn't ask people for help, even when it is sometimes needed which makes him incredibly stubborn. He's very intelligent, but he often thinks of himself as superior to everyone which brings about his cocky attitude. When he gets cocky, he often makes mistakes and gets hurt if he's in a fight. He's a flirt and will sometimes take things too far unless he's kept in check.
H i s t o r y:: Kyo grew up everywhere and nowhere at all. When he was very young, his mother was always travelling which meant they moved a lot. Kyo never knew his father and is perfectly happy not knowing him. From what his mother tells him, the guy was a douche bag. When Kyo was about five, his mother moved him to New York. They had a pretty good life going for themselves there, but his mother was murdered which left him alone. He managed to stay out of foster homes and lived by himself on the street. Kyo managed to go to school, but was found out and had to leave. When he was ten, he was found by his 'family' and he has been with them ever since. His 'family' consisted of others like him. Kids that were abandoned or orphaned and thrown out on the streets. Father was the head of the family, but no one knew his real name. He was a skilled assassin, one of the best and he taught the kids to be skilled assassins. Kyo didn't mind the training. In fact, he was good at it. He learned how to blend into the shadows and become nothing but air. He was good at being an assassin, almost too good. Many thought that he was born to be an assassin, but Kyo didn't think so. That's when his cocky attitude started showing and he began to get severely injured. After more training, he learned to control his impulses and he was able to prevent himself from getting seriously injured.
Because Kyo is an assassin, he get's paid very well and that's why he can afford so many things. He doesn't spend a lot of his money, often giving most of it away to charities. He gets missions often and works at night so he'll be away moderately.

T a l e n t s:: Del loves to flirt and considers herself quite good at it, even if she just does it for fun. She also enjoys singing and, being a mermaid, is an excellent swimmer even in human form.
Q u i r k s:: She refuses to wear anything when she goes swimming. And she is extremely picky about the sort of water she drinks - extremely picky.
S k i l l s:: Given that she's a mermaid, Del can transform into a strange hybrid of her human and mermaid form - her true form is lost to her. Cousin to the siren, her singing can soothe beasts and men alike, but has no stronger affect. She has control over the water element to a point, her powers weakened. Del can also communicate empathetically with fish, so it's advised never to take her out for sushi.

P e r s o n a l i t y:: Light-hearted and determined to avoid falling into the pit of despair that threatens to swallow her whole if she stops for a moment to breathe, the mermaid has thrown herself into living what's left of her life to the fullest. She enjoys flirtations and sometimes the occasional lover, though is picky about whom she pays attention to. Anything with water she loves, and although aquariums depress her, she still likes to go and see the fishies. Del is anything but an innocent and while she enjoys flirting and the like, she refuses to give her heart to anyone else and guards her emotions carefully, sure not to let anyone see the deeper parts of herself.
H i s t o r y:: When she was a teenager, Del would go to the beaches and ships of men and follow them, learning and listening. One fateful day, she fell in love with a sailor and refused to listen to reason. Taking herself to the sea witch for advice, she struck a bargain with the witch - if she could make the man fall in love with her, she would keep her legs. If not, she would belong to the witch. A fair trade, as either way she would belong to someone in the end. So her true form was taken from her and in return she got her legs, sent to the land where the sailor lived.
It was all for naught. In the end the mermaid watched the man she loved fall for another and marry her, leaving her heartbroken and in the power of the witch. Rather than return her to the sea, the witch decided to amuse herself tormenting the mermaid and a wizard friend of hers took the mermaid for a pet of his own. Intending to make her suffer, instead they made her stronger. Del learned from her mistake and closed off her heart, throwing herself into doing what she pleased whenever she could, simply to avoid dwelling on her sorrows. Frustrated with her apparent shallowness, the wizard gave her to a friend, who in turn put her in the Hotel to make a profit.
And so she has been here, for six months, waiting and bored to see who would try to take a mermaid home with them.
