Another dragon. Seriously? Was this some kind of joke? Mimsy bitterly swung the new scythe at it...and it stopped in its tracks. Frowning, she poked at its nose - only wisps of insanity greeted her. No attack. "Curious..." she murmured, moving to walk in a circle around the creature. Satisfied with her inspection of the dragon, Mimsy found herself staring at the behemoth's face again, eyes locked with the creature's. Was it sentient right now? Could it feel what was happening? Did they feel at all? She hooked the curved blade into its neck and pulled as hard as she could, but still got no reaction. Well, it wasn't going anywhere. She pulled on the scythe again to dislodge it from the creature and brought it back to her side. "Didn't you hear what happened to the last dragon?" she asked, tapping one of its horns with the weapon. "Oh. No, I suppose not. It's too dead to do much communicating." It wasn't fun to tease something this long if it wasn't going to react. Mimsy sighed and tilted her head, staring at it a few moments longer. "I can't say that it has been a pleasure," she remarked, shaking her head. She drew the scythe back, held her breath, and cut its head off. Everything felt better again.
