She jumped back from a flailing claw, and gripped Misty Wrath between both hands. "Okay, I've got this." She promised the one near her, rolling her shoulders and cracking her neck in an attempt to loosen up. When she was ready she darted forward, ducking a bite and jumping into the air, creating the leverage she needed to slice her weapon right through the creature's neck.
Its head hit the ground before she did.

"Well...I've got to commend you for trying, at least." Amrita glanced up at the male, eyeing him for a moment before offering a small, awkward smile. "Either way, you're welcome. Maybe next time you won't need my help?" She shrugged then, swinging Misty Wrath to shake loose the wet drops from the creature.
"Though maybe I should stick around, just in case?"
