Loot was slowly building, she wasn't sure what too, but her collection was growing and something was nagging her to spread it out a bit more, to try and obtain new materials she had never thought to seek before.
Of course that meant new enemies and new surprises. Fighting really wasn't Lawrence's forte. Nor was knowing where he was. Somehow he'd simply found himself here, the same way he had found himself wandering before. He was none the wiser as to who he was short of one simple factor. His name was no long Alecrowne but Lawrence instead and he had traded his swirling heart for a padlock instead.
It didn't tell him much. Drawing his blades awkwardly he haphazardly tried stabbing at the strange princess type creature, with uncertain success. He just wanted it to be quiet up because the sound was giving him pain in his ears.

Sammy looked to Jordan nodding quickly grabbing her gun again raising it up firing a few more rounds at the banshee again. "Thanks! It managed to keep quiet long enough to sneak up on me!"
Striding towards the wailing creature she took a few more shots driving it off of Lawerence. Lawrence gave the strange looking woman - was she strange? Or was it him who was the strange one? - a startled look. "I don't want to be near it!" he protested. None of his instincts were at all inclined due battle. In fact the desire to turn tail and run was the predominant one given the situation, he'd been running all this time - he was good at it.
But the fact remained that here he could maybe be some use for a change, and surely flailing some swords couldn't be that hard? It couldn't be that dangerous surely?

Sammy looked at Jordan as the banshee wailed again, she actually took a finger poking it in her ear for a moment as his lash bit at the monster. "I'm sorry good sir, I'm afraid I missed that last part over all the screaming and howling."
She laughed pointing her gun again and letting off another shot. "So then don't be!" She shouted to Lawrence as she fired away, "Especially when I'm trying to shoot the slippery s**t!" Sammy holstered her gun giving a shout of woooooh as the Banshee dusted. Marching towards the remains she started gathering loot with a grin.
"Thanks Whip Boy. You too two swords." She gave Lawerence on the back while she finished looting. "See ya round boy."

Lawr's pride was pretty immense at finally beating one of the creatures that so readily chased him around, it didn't even matter he hadn't really done a huge amount, he'd done something and that was a start.
He gave the other two a warm and friendly smile - he was good at smiles - and nodded.
"No, thank you."
He stooped to get his free shiny things.
