A shriek sounded in the distance. Kari groaned, knowing there was only one thing that made such a horrendous racket like that. "You again?!" she yelled, brandishing her sword and charging. Unfortunately, yelling didn't seem to be the best idea since that allowed the banshee evade with only a minor scratch. OOC  Name of character: Kari Damage Done: 2 CURRENT HP OF BOSS: 38 Current HP: 85/90 Special ability: King's Regret: If you KO, instead of dissipating, you restore yourself to half your existing HP. Kari grinned as her blade hit its mark, causing the banshee to fall backwards over its dress. She didn't want to think about how satisfying it'd been to shut her up... Kari sighed as she jumped back once more from her latest attack. She was definitely doing damage, but not the kind she was hoping for with such a big weapon. Oh well, if she wanted more power, she would have to sacrifice speed to get it. Kari could feel her attacks slowly becoming more efficient with each strike. Maybe she was finally getting to the point that she wouldn't have a problem wielding the sword? Wandering through the various parts of the world searching for others from her memory, Belladonna was quite content to avoid that battles that cropped up here and there. But she couldn't pass up someone who looked like they might need some help. And even if the girl fighting was perfectly capable, having a friend in a fight always made them go faster. "Hi! Need some help?" She chirped with a grin as she hopped forward and leveled her guns at the monster. Unfortunately, she was too busy giving the girl her best sparkly eyes that she totally missed hitting the screeching banshee. Whoops! Collecting was beginning to get tedious with this weapon. He probably should've made something else . . . ah well.
There was a banshee and it needed to die.

"Always," Kari called from where she'd been setting herself up for another attack. She chuckled at her goofiness as another arrived on the scene, staring at their weapon distastefully. Things were always better when shared. Feeling a warmth in her chest, she hefted her sword and charged forward. "Haaaaaaaaaaa!" She leapt into the air, bringing her sword down hard. The banshee hadn't been expecting an aerial attack, and was skewered as a result. "Oh... I got it..." Kari mumbled, blinking owlishly. Before the girl could even properly reload the monster was dead. A surprised "Oh!" escaped her, for she hadn't even gotten a hit on it.
"I am... So sorry I was not more help." She told the girl with a furrow of eyebrows. How awful of her!
"Thank you for... For letting me join you!" She told her, feeling guilty about picking up the two golden things off the ground before she hurried off.

Pulling her sword from the corpse, Kari stared at it for a moment. Was it bad that she was relieved at its demise? Her thoughts didn't dwell on this for too long before something caught her eye. Reaching down, she grabbed two items. "Thanks for the help, you two... this thing was way too noisy," she commented, pocketing her reward. Claiming:  x2
