Andrew found a box, it was a pretty box with treasure. He reached down and touched it when it suddenly snapped up. That wasn't what he wanted. He shot the thing at close range getting a scratch. Ryan also spotted the treasure box, or rather the creature mimicking one. He didn't really have much of an interested in it and was going to wander off elsewhere. However when it snapped open and attacked the other person, Ryan fired two shots into it, after finally cluing in as to what it was.OOC  Name of character: Ryan

Helping! She was going to help! ...because a box had come to life. Simply charged up, leaping at the thing and trying to bring her sword down on it. Sadly, it moved to smack her and she missed...

Lizzy was about to comment on how shiny and pretty the treasure box was until it started to attack someone. It was a trap. A shiny trap.

Ryan cursed, pressing both guns against the creature and fired.

Wow everyone was doing so well. She wanted to help to. With a deep breath she lifted her sword again and swung heavily at the thing as it moved to pass her. And down it came with a solid thud, stopping the thing in it's tracks.

With the trap-treasure chest creature defeated, Lizzy put her weapons away and looted it; at least it does have some... Shiny treasure hidden in it.
