Everyone was just so..bizarre. But Jason could recall his name now, so that had to count for something, right? He then heard a horrible screamed, turned around, and saw a banshee right there. Jason made a pretty good intimidation of that scream as he bashed her over the head with his staff. Just as Rika was starting to get her hearing back from the last encounter, another screech broke out. Sending a glare at the offender, she readied her new sword and rushed forward with a slash. She wasn't quite used to it yet, as her attack didn't do much damage. OOC  Name of character: Kari Damage Done: 4 CURRENT HP OF BOSS: 29 Current HP: 85/90 Special ability: King's Regret: If you KO, instead of dissipating, you restore yourself to half your existing HP. You can only use this ONCE per encounter. Species Ability: If you miss with the attack dice, you can reroll again without penalty. Once you equip a weapon this is invalid. Her second swing managed to catch more area on her target. She had become so accustomed to the speed her twin blades had allowed, but if she could get her hits to connect, she could do a lot more damage with the long-sword she now wielded. He stepped back, using the length of his weapon to his advantage as he swung to to knock the banshee off her feet. Putting more strength into her arms, she brought the sword around for another strike, knocking the Banshee backwards. She was getting better at handling her new weapon, but apparently it wasn't good enough as it got up and opened its mouth in what Kari fathom was another wail. She should probably be glad her ears were still ringing. "Hah, I can't hear you, you dirty old hag!" she yelled at the creature. After the amazing attack from the other, Jason stepped closer holding the staff high over his head and he brought down upon the monster, finishing her off. He then turned to Kari. "Thankyou for your help" He said with a bright smile as he picked up a few left over items. Rika watched as the other fighter whacked the enemy on the head, silencing it once and for all. "Good shot!" she shouted before staring for a moment as his mouth moved. "Sorry, my ears are still ringing from that thing's shrieking, I can't hear a thing!" she apologized, unaware that she was actually yelling. Walking towards the corpse, she rifled around until she pulled out two objects. "Nice working with you!" she called loudly with a bright smile. Claiming: x2
