"I will," Viola'i called out to the other girl with a wide grin on her face. Something told her that many people often told her this, even though she thought she was pretty capable and durable. Visions of her surviving an onslaught of weird black shadow creatures came to mind.
But this was not that battle, this was this one and she had a weapon to fight with. Vaneda nodded to the girl, though she thought it'd be better to keep her behind her, so she could take the damage.
It wasn't a specific feeling reserved for the girl, but for another one that reminded her a lot of each other.
Regardless, She swung the sword up, cleaving the creature and grinning.
