Arld hadn't been into many fights that he hadn't enjoyed; he was still stinging from whatever'd happened earlier, and could hardly keep it together.
Still, wielding this blade made him feel calmer. Happier, almost.

Without fanfare, Repoem ran out of the surrounding fog to leap at the Insanity processor. "Thank ye kindly for intervening," Arl began, addressing the stranger, then tipping that same invisible hat again: "Name's--" he paused a moment. The voices were at it again. Belle, belle, belle, belle, they kept whispering.
He cleared his throat, and finished: "Arldhan."
He then tried to hit the processor, having seen oil was not a factor.
Belatedly, he turned to Simmy: "It seems like loneliness'll come upon me something fierce lately, so I agree with you wholly," he said, with a smile.
