In the fog a monster emerged. As it was, Itoto was struggling with a lot of internal worries, a lot of self doubt and now questioning his own lot in life. But in battle, his purpose was always crystal clear. He'd not become Prey if he could help it. He'd fight to his last breath. The boyish figure lashed out at the creature like any time before, giving as much as he was getting in terms of blows. She was prey? Really? Her face was twisted into an annoyed expression when Skaaal stepped into the fray. Even when she had competent fighting skills? A click of her tongue. Fighting alone against the enemy wasn't really hard, but he'd been so used to having people rush in with him that it felt lonely, despite his often rude comments to them. The appearance of another like him arrived, and he witheld any sassy remarks, which came easy since she hadn't spoken yet. Had the loud one shown up, things may have been different. The other figure remained silence even as she entered. "Hmm..." Skaaal hummed softly as she stared at him out of the corner of her eye. It was certainly different, but not unwelcome. It was a nice change.
