If she were being completely honest with herself, Annabell was feeling a little down... She's been going, going, going in the hopes it would fulfill the longing in her stomach but it had yet to do so. But fighting alongside Rostym was at least fun so the girl headed out with her friend. "I think I need a nap..." She mumbled after he hardly nicked the enemy with a bullet. Rostym, in contrast, was in higher spirits. Memoryless as she was, she still rembered her victories, and it had given her a well needed boost of confidence. "Nap?" she queried. "Funny, someone else mentioned those too..." Someone she wanted to find again, as it seemed her heart called for it. Her daggers ran through the enemy with precision strikes. The girl frowned a little to see Rostym hit so well, not in malice toward her but more closer to frustration in herself. Annabell hadn't been doing so well as of late and was starting to feel self conscious. "Maybe your other person will nap with me..." Maybe they'd make her feel more at ease than Rostym was starting to. When Rostym bristled inwardly but showed her friend a smile, Annabell bristled outwardly. "You had a nap and didn't invite me?" She asked, eyebrows quirking up to show hurt. She turned the frown to the enemy and fired off a shot. It felt good enough that she mimicked the action. "Glad you got a moment to rest." Annabell added with a soft, it still mildly hurt, smile. She was surprised at how she reacted, and how negatively. "I-It was a long while back before I found you?" Ross answered, backing off a little but raising her brows. "We could go take a real if you're tired..." And the someone came crashing in. Ow...? She went about hitting the enemy to try and distract it from the poor fellow. That was kind of...embarrassing. Awkward laughter as Linswo scrambled to his feet. "S-Sorry about that..." Sure, that was totally how it happened. Annabell wanted to give Rostym a smile and a wave of her hand, totally forget the whole situation as she carried the distinct feeling the other girl did not want to invite her in her heart. But someone else quite literally crashed their party and the girl turned surprised instead. "Oh goodness! Are you alright?" By the time she'd moved over to help him up, he had done the job himself and felled the beast. "That was very brave of you, thank you." Annabell smiled at the new comer, then seized a quick bit of dropped materials from the monster. After pocketing them she looked at Rostym with another smile. "No worries, you do not look so tired. I shall be fine on my own." It wasn't a snub (Well, not really), but it was a small cry for attention. Whether the other girl followed or not was entirely different.
