The fog parted as Ralifa wandered through it. She was focused, poised.Ready. When she came upon the monster, she stopped. Watched it momentarily before lowering her spear to hip level. Ralifa sprang into action. Charging forward with her spear, arching the tip upwards as she stabbed the monster with a quick jerking motion. Letting it linger before bouncing back and away from it's flailing body. Her spear made a whirring noise through the air as she twirled it. Confidence rolling through her as she approached the monster again. Smacking it over and over again. Smack smack smacksmacksmack! The noise ripped through the air as the shaft of her spear connected. And then she took a step onto uneven ground, her knee not locking with the step. Ralifa fell forward, jamming the butt of her spear into the ground to catch herself before she ended up face first into the dirt. The last attack was just a fluke. A brief lapse in judgement and uneven ground. Ralifa hurled herself towards the monster this time, jabbing and stabbing. Smacking and crushing. Perhaps it was a bit of overkill but she didn't care. It felt nice.
