History: Yuki was born to a peaceful couple. She was an only child, but she didn't mind. Yuki had always had dolls to keep her company. Yuki played with them everyday. She loved to pretend that they were real people with real emotions. Her parents were both medical ninjas, so Yuki wanted to be just like them. She begged and pleaded for them to teach her their skills, but they always told her to wait until she was older. Yuki finally accepted that for an answer and continued her childhood like a regular child.
One day, a plague struck Kirigakure. Yuki was immune to it, but her father caught the disease. Her mother tried everything that was possible to help him, but it was no use. He passed away the next morning. Yuki tried to shrug off her feelings, but she found it very hard. She looked forward to her birthday the next week. The day before her birthday, Rouge ninjas attacked her household and assassinated Yuki's mother. Yuki's mother had hidden Yuki away in a closet, so the ninjas never found her. Right then, Yuki swore that in order to ease her pain and despair, she would become the best medical ninja the world had ever seen and help everyone. Yuki enrolled in the ninja academy to start working. She never celebrated her birthday that year.
Yuki spent three weeks in the Academy. It was an unusually short time for a ninja to spend there. However, she learned everything that was taught at the Academy, so the three weeks wasn't a complete waste. After training was completed, Yuki was assigned to learn from a very skilled ninja by the name of ONE. They met in the Hidden Void and had a cup of tea. Just as they were getting to know each other, two rogue ninjas entered and attacked civilians everywhere. ONE drove the two ninja away and told Yuki that she was ready for the Chunin Exams. Yuki was beside herself with joy and enrolled immediately. She completed the first task so well that she was exempt from the second.
