It was also the sound of gunfire that caught Marati's attention. Lo and behold, there were two greylings she had already met, and one of whom she had something to prove to.
She spun the spike in her hand, catching it adeptly before strikig, plunging the sharp end deep into the monster's chest. There was no hiding the pride she felt, landing this particular attack so well with the twin-bladed greyling nearby.

There was another greyling that entered the battle. The one who was griping about not having guns. He watched her as she finished this creeper off without much of a hitch. Yes, he noticed that. To this, Nush nodded to her in approval. He then took up his materials, then left.
