Nanco eagerly walked through the fog, newly acquired weapon in hand. She'd achieved her Goddess's directive! The last monster she'd helped defeat (sorta helped anyway) had dropped two items, that, when she'd added them to the pile, had turned into a white sword. Just holding it made Nanco feel tougher! She had no idea how to use it though, that was for sure! When the creature glitched its way out of the fog and swiped at her, Nanco took an enthusiastic swing at it. She only managed to graze it, but considering she'd completely missed in her last battle, even a shallow slice was a step in the right direction! OOC Name of character: Nanco Damage done: 1 CURRENT HP OF BOSS: 29/30 Current HP: 55/60 Special ability: Queen's Chosen: During your turn in any encounter, you may choose to double your attack damage. You may trigger this three times total. This cannot be stacked with other x2 effects. The max attack power you can have is x2 the original damage you do. Example: I roll and get 12 damage. I choose to use Queen's Ability. My damage is now 24 that turn. I used up one of my three triggers. Now I can only do this two more times. Enthused by her slight success, Nanco attempted to take another swing at the creature. The weight of the sword completely threw her off balance however, and the blade missed the thing by a mile. She got another scratch for her troubles. Nanco dance backwards, and gave the sword a puzzled look. What if she held it differently? She was small, the sword was almost half her size. She needed both hands to wield it, but maybe she could stand a little differently? Nanco tried crouching slightly, lowering her center of gravity. She ran towards the creature once more, taking more care of how close she got to it. Judging herself to be close enough, she spun again, this time using the sword as a counter-weight. Centrifugal force whipped the blade around at a devastating speed, shearing through the creature's body. Yes! She'd done it! Nanco hardly felt the scratch the creature left on her, as she retreated to regain her balance. The shadowy girl hefted the sword once more, and repeated the maneuver. This attack was as devastating as the last, giving Nanco reason to believe she'd found the secret for using her new weapon! The creature, while still functioning, was definitely on its last legs. Nanco backed up again, not wanting to be in range in case it tried a last desperate attack. Zee Oddwyn So the CoOP multiplier effect on! [Eir Enters from The Spire!] The Power Blessing is on effect, he rushed into a nearby battle and- Simply cleaved the monster into two. THAT got to hurt. Luck From one extreme to other... sweatdrop The other shadow still unmoving. "Uh...good day to you!" Eir pocketed the Fragments and ran back to The Spire. He didn't think the Blessing gave him THAT much power, per se... "Thank you!" The shadow yelled behind him, and he waved him hand in return. "I must learn how to use this power..." He noted to himself... [Eir Obtained  and !][Eir exits to The Ruins!]

Nanco was surprised when she was suddenly joined by another figure. And a strong one at that! The creature hadn't stood a chance. Bits of things flew all over, and she picked up a few, wondering if she could make more than one weapon out of these bits. "Thank you!" she called out to the other figure.
