Having barely made it out of that glider challenge, Kaje was less than thrilled to see this abomination again, and wasted no time cutting it down to size. OOC Name of character: Kaje

She recognized this thing. She didn't like this thing. But maybe with her new item...it would be a little easier to handle? She could only hope. So, she pulled out her weapon and used it. He turned to see that the red-core shadow was here.
Was she... following him? It seemed she had a new weapon also. One that... brought some sort of unpleasant feeling, though he wasn't quite sure why.
Rather than dwell on the matter, he decided to strike the broken thing again. OOC Name of character: Kaje

She smiled at his return compliment. There is was, that warm feeling. Rhryse tossed him a glance, but he was looking away from her. "Thank you." She replied, the tiniest hint of something new creeping into her voice. Shyness? Quiet happiness. She wasn't sure herself. But it was there. She was still smiling when she took another shot at the creature. A shot that ended it. "Oh, thank goodness. This one went down so much faster than that last one!" She was genuinely surprised. Weapons clearly helped. "Great work, Kaje." She hugged him. It was a quick hug, because the next moment she was turning to see what kind of goodies this creature had left behind. She liked collecting things. And oh! More green round things. Rhryse pocketed them without hesitation. "What shall we do now, Kaje?" x2

They clearly did, seeing how the two of them had finished it off in a fraction of the time that it took 5 of them to take care of it last time. It was somewhat reassuring, knowing that this would help a lot with taking down these creatures, as more and more were appearing, but that last time...
His thought process was interrupted when Rhryse suddenly hugged him, and he flinched, not quite sure why, but, it seemed like a natural reaction, and-
Even after she let o to examine the loot, his core was still flickering, strage emotions coursing through him. What were these feelings?
Deciding to push these thoughts aside, he picked up one of the loot and ran off
