"Again? There are more of these?" Rojand gave the odd, clicking thing a look that was somewhere between horror and disgust. He pulled a broken board loose from a pile of rubble as the creature shambled towards him. It swiped at his leg, but he smacked it hard with the makeshift weapon, sending it staggering back. Good. "You've seen them before, too?" Marati, who had followed Stew like a lost little lamb, scrambled backward to avoid getting hit. It was a useless effort seeing as it managed to scratch her anyway, but the attempt had at least been made.

While running away from the other battle, Decyl didn't realize he had not only gotten himself lost but he also lost sight of his silent buddy.

The city scape was something to say in the least. But Rochiej didn't have a chance to really take it in before he spotted another of those creatures showing up. "I don't know," Stew replied, swiping halfheartedly at the thing for the second time. "An event is... a party, right?" He didn't know what a party felt like, but the word seemed to have a more positive connotation in his mind. "This is probably not a party."He watched one of the yellow-hearted strangers pick up a piece of debris and use it as a weapon, getting clocked in the back of the head by their adversary for his trouble. "Yeeeeah I...don't see how this is a party..." Marati answered, her voice drawing out. Her attempt to swipe at the creature was met with another near miss, but it did manage a decent shot at her leg.
"...Computer?" Marati parroted Rojand, trying to search her own lexicon for the word. The definition was fuzzy at best, but she at least understood the idea behind it in context. "What do you think is making the error, then? Do you know computers? Is there a way to fix it?"

"How many of these things are there?" Decyl asked out loud, not really waiting for an answer. He was just extremely upset that he had to run from the last battle.
"Why can't you just die." He grumbles some more while kicking the monster. It seems there wasn't enough spirit to that kick for it didn't do much damage...Hey, at least it hit.
Turning to look at the others that had been chatting, Decyl looks at the others dumbfounded. "How is this a party? We're punching a monster that could very well trample us. "One for each of us? I hope not. Would that mean we made them? How would that even work?" The thing latched onto Rojand's leg, and he hissed with pain and gave it a good hard kick to the screen. He grinned. "It's a party and we all brought the punch." "A computer is, uh." He considered how to explain as he watched the thing stagger back and pick itself up, repeating itself. "A machine that thinks. Sort of." He wasn't too clear on the details; the concept existed in his mind without any context. "That is a terrifying thought...Sooo how about we go with 'Enough' for now? As in...there's enough of them, and leave it at that?" There had been a lot of shadows with the same blessings they did, who knows how many more were out there. She shuddered visibly, hugging herself for a moment until she realized that the thing had turned towards her again. This time she uncurled her hands from around herself, swinging her fist into the spiderwebbed blue face just as it's claws sunk into her shoulder. She hissed in pain, wretching her shoulder free and stumbling back a pace or two to avoid another swing of claws.
"I like the idea of a punching party. So long as we are doing the punching!" She agreed, feeling oddly better about the situation now that they knew what kind of Party this was.

His attention turn to the figure trying to explain what a computer is...interesting how they could say these things, yet none of them has any clue what the they were or meant. "Whatever it is...Hopefully it's breakable because I will probably throw it out of a window."
