Niele sighed as she made her way around the woods. She wasn't sure what to do,her mind wandered around and kept changing her mind. Being alone for so many years now,it made her feel so alone and unwanted besides by the ones in her family. They loved her to death and she loved them.
Looking down at the yellow and red flowers in the flower patch,she gave a faint smile. She loved the summer time,but fall was her favorite season. Especially when it was thundering and raining. Made her think of herself of course. Her markings were just that,lightening and purple. Niele started moving again,she didn't know where she was going. She just wanted to make it somewhere that would make her happy.

Was he a stalker? No, no, no. He couldn't be! When it was in the name of love, stalker was out of the equation, wasn't it? Amberly frowned, he was in a pickle. He had seen this mare, a beautiful mare and had been following her around for quite some time. Not getting close enough to her that he would be noticed and startle her but far enough away and close enough to be in distance so that he could freely admire her. Just so that he didn't disturb her.
Flower in mouth, he sighed and dipped his head dramatically. He was blinded by his love for her. If only she could see that! If only she knew who he was but why would she want him? He was no match for her and he was troubled by her own worries. He had observed her expression as it folded between lost and lonely and all he wanted to do was comfort her. He lifted his eyes, settled behind a distance tree to see her lingering by a patch of red and yellow flowers. He narrowed his gaze down to the one in his mouth and grimaced. Perhaps she would prefer one of those... Instead.

Niele flicked her tail and kept wandering. She didn't know a stallion was following close behind and admiring her. Niele was naive anymore to anything around her. She really didn't care what happened. If it was fate then let it happen. She wasn't too worried about herself. She gave a huge sigh and made her way around some trees and bushes. Grabbing a couple berries she munched on them quietly.

Amberly had been so engrossed in looking at the flowers she was showing attention to he hadn't noticed she was on the move again and more importantly, towards him. His eyes popped open wide. What should he do!? Did he stay there and finally allow them to cross paths? Or should he make a dive for a duck and roll and push himself straight in to the bushes out of her sight? Yes. The second one was the best. He didn't know that the mare wouldn't care whether they met or not but he was certainly self conscious about what she would think of him and his stalking capabilities. He fell to the ground and did a roll, straight in to the bush. Twigs stuck in his hair and poked him in one eye. He cursed it silently and finally when his attention was brought to a nearby set of hooves did he completely silence any noise he could possibly make in that moment and froze his movements. Eyes directly on the mare and the berries she was attending to.
She was there. Right in front of him.... And his flower was sulking. What he had failed to gather was that his tail was clearly visible and hanging out the side of the bush he had thrown himself in to.

Niele was happily munching on berries when she seen something hanging out the bush. She shook out her mane and moved her head towards the fluff. Was it a bunny? What in the heck was it? Niele blew a little bit of air towards him. "Hello?" She said softly and flicked her tail. Her ears perked up when she heard something in the bush. Niele moved slightly and looked closer into the bush. "Whose there?" Sticking her head into the bush they touched noses. Nieles eyes widened and she jumped back quietly. A slight blush crossed her face."I....I'm so sorry!" She didn't know if they were male or female,she just felt so bad that she stuck her nose straight into the bush and bopped him in the nose.

She was moving even closer now! What in heaven's name was he going to do. He looked to left to right and then right back at her. There was no where else to escape to, he had been sussed! His silver eyes traced her movements with careful consideration as to what she had seen and what she was doing. It looked like she had seen something and that something was right next to him and she was talking to it.... NO.... SHE WAS TALKING TO HIM. She couldn't possibly be talking to him, could she? Eyes wider than ever now Amberly could only bring himself to carry on staring whilst she investigated the bush further until finally... They touched! He went an apple shade of red and sprung like a feline out of the other side of the bush, scrambling for his feet.
He fell a couple of times before finally he stood again. Coughing to clear his throat and then straightened himself up. "I-i-i-its quite alright!" He shouted at her, having no time to collect what sort of tone he would use in his panicked state and slapped his mouth shut again. Idiot! He thought, shaking his head. He looked to the ground and then back at her, her blush barely visible and thanking her similar shade of coat she should be.
"I'm sorry to have startled you..." He whispered. "Erm... This is for you." He nodded, turning to face her he eyed the flower that had been lost in the scramble, now on the floor, and retrieved it. Stretching out his neck he offered it to her.

Niele wasn't sure what to do. This male she had never seen before. His markings were like hers but so much better. He was gorgeous..the look of him,the scales,mane...it was all perfect. Niele shied away and was super quiet when she talked. "Its okay..." she blinked a couple times and looked at the flower. She blushed some more when he offered the flower to her. No one ever did this for her. "Thank you..." she took it and looked down at it. Niele wasn't sure how to feel about all this,he was so lovely and he caught her eyes instantly. She was a bit in a trance. It was instant that she was attracted. "Are you doing well...?" She felt a bit nervous now around him,it was more like being nervous about messing up than anything.

Amberly slowly retracted his head, eyeing her to see how she reacted to the flower when she accepted it. There was a plus! At least she hadn't refused it, that would have been embarrassing. He was more appreciative that she hadn't called him on his place in the bush... That would be just as awkward to explain. He smiled warmly at her, his expression just as affectionate toward her and nodded his head at her thanks. "Your welcome."
Amber wasn't usually one to be shy but in the face of the one he had grown quite the crush on over time, it was safe to say he was indeed, as shy as he had ever been. Subconsciously, he was moving his hooves beneath him, lifting one up a touch and then putting it on the ground again, repeating the exact same thing with his opposite front hoof. She was staring at him... He wished he knew what she was thinking of him. Gulping he was quick to snatch up the reply to her very casual question considering the current situation.
"Yes, yes! I am doing very well thank you." He stepped forward, ushering his own question with more importance. "Are you??"

She was going to enjoy this stallions company. He was happy and full of energy. That's just what she needed in her life,some spunk to bring her younger days back. She nodded slowly and gave him a soft smile. Niele was going to be one happy made if this stallion stayed in her life. "I'm glad. I'm doing well thank you." She flicked her tail and bobbed her head. Positivity,that was all that struck her mind and heart. She was hoping that her old self would jump right out. "What were you doing in that bush,silly!" Niele giggled and looked at the stallion. She couldn't keep her purple eyes off the gorgeous male.

She had completely stunned him. The entire time he had been watching the mare, never had she looked so... Happy! And it was all because of - him! She was giggling at him! His jaw was hanging loose, ears flicking gently at the melody which had clawed it's way out of her. He did turn a darker shade, cheeks filling up with hot air. She had finally made a comment on the bush she found him in and he had to quickly scope it's now deformed state out with a glare. But since the awkward situation had caused the mare delight, he would forgive it.. This once.
Looking back to her, he corrected his expression, closing his mouth again and chuckled. "You mean, that bush?" He tapped the top of it with his tail. "Well... It's kind of a long story." He grinned a bit, showing her his pearly whites. "I wouldn't want to bore you to death, I mean you might think it kinda silly..." Truth was, he was now a little scared that she was going to find out and since it wasn't in his nature to lie, he would try to avoid explaining the details.
Jumping forward he landed at her side. Her scent immediately filled his nostrils and he closed his eyes with an 'mm' sound. She smelled like the flowers, a very natural and soothing scent. "You smell as beautiful as you look." He murmured quietly, opening his eyes back on her before realizing what he said and quickly tried to divert to topic back to the previous one. Even though now he wasn't sure which one was gonna get him a kick to the head. "I'm sure there's something we could do which you find more entertaining than my story!" He pleaded. Chuckling nervously at last.

Niele was indeed happy,she was happy as could be.The flower the stallion gave her,the compliments.She was loving it all.He was certainly making her feel young all over again. Niele bumped his cheek and giggled. "So blushy." Smiling, Niele bounced a little in excitement. "You can tell me!No matter what it may be. The only way I would get creeped out is if you were one creepy stallion."She laughed.
"You certainly aren't a creepy stallion,so you'll be fine!"She was naturally a open mare,she didn't care too much what you were doing,just as long as you would turn out to be one of her friends,she would extremely love that factor."Oh..."She was a bit drawn back by his compliment."Thanks..."She blushed a little bit and got nervous,so she started rubbing her hoof against the dirt.
"Your story would be wonderful to hear,Were you following me? Too shy to talk to me?"She smiled and nodded her head."Either way its okay,I'm glad I have someone new to talk to that looks similar to me and is as spunky as I am!"
Niele was indeed the most happiest mare,her old self was being brought back to life by this stallion.Feeling as if she was in great dept to the male,she tossed her mane."Is there anything special you would like to do?"

Amberly was drawn in to the mares voice, he hadn't really been in earshot of her saying anything loud enough for him to hear before and now, she was speaking to him. All he could do was stare at her, at her eyes as they twinkled with happiness, admire her and his ears were twitching madly as he listened. At first he was tempted to tell her what he had been up to then she made the creepy stallion comment and his ears pinned back against his head.
He diverted his eyes away from her, head following. Was what he was doing creepy? He couldn't tell her! He couldn't possibly... Could he? He was at odds, he thought he could believe that she would take what he had done as a compliment, now that he was starting to get to know her, had finally had chance to talk to her but some part of him was still scared that if he did, he would blow the most perfect chance he had been given to really be apart of this mares life.
Then she hit the nail on the head and he gasped, switching his gaze back on to her. "How did you know!?" He asked, heart fluttering in embarrassment, no sooner did he realize that it had been an assumption but still, she had been correct. He couldn't lie about it so shyly, he dipped his head and bobbed it a couple of times.
"Y...Yes... I was." He sighed greatly. "I saw you one day, wandering on your own and... I thought you were beautiful." He peered up at her and once he caught sight of her eyes again he couldn't bring himself to look away. He smiled softly and spoke with an even softer tone. "No. Let me correct that, I saw the most beautiful mare that I have ever seen. I wanted to talk to you but... I didn't think I was good enough for you. Wasn't sure you would be interested in... Well, me." He laughed lightly and shook his head.
He was glad to hear that she was happy to have met him, that they were alike. It made him happy to see her happy and he chuckled at her new found energy. "Something special? Mmm.. I think i know a place you would absolutely LOVE!" He blurted out, a place he had in mind was one he visited regularly to meditate and find peace with himself and it was a stunning view, one that most neglected to see just how precious it really was.

Smiling brightly she gave another good look at the stallions markings,scales and hair."You're perfect."She nodded and blinked slowly."No reason that you shouldn't be good enough to speak to me.Anyone is good enough to speak to me.Especially you."She said softly and flicked her tail happily.
Laughing at him she shook her head."Silly stallion!You should've just come up to talk to me!" He was just a silly but sweet stallion.He was perfect,spunky and adorable enough for her. Somewhat thinking about her old mates,she felt a new start headed for her.Maybe her children would love him,but she knew Brian would have a rough time liking him,even if he was extremely nice and gentle.It would take him the longest time because of how Niele was treated many years ago.
Though,there was no reason that Brian and Accalon couldn't get used to this male.She was sure that they would have a lot of run together,maybe they'll think of him as father eventually or maybe they will just call him Amberly.
"Oh?" She looked at him and bounced."Okay! Show me the way!"Niele said happily as she started off in a trot to whereever they were headed.Maybe she was going the wrong way or the right way,she would change her path to whereever this stallion would go."My name is Niele."She said softly as she looked back into the males eyes.

Amberly's insides glittered. The fact she had made it a personal comment directed at him made him feel all warm and fuzzy. He was melting, at least the temperature had risen a good few degree's at her statement and was certain that the shade of his coat had changed and had just as easily given away how he was feeling right now but he didn't care, he had nothing to be ashamed of, she liked him! That was all that mattered.
"Oh, ok!" He called watching as she darted off, leaving him in her dust. Excited to see the place he had in mind. He grinned at her figure, kicking off his back hooves he took chase and with graceful steps caught up to her side. "It's this way!" He directed, trotting by her side until they came to a tree which had curled over on itself one night due to dangerous winds the area had suffered previously.
"Duck." He warned her, doing so himself he narrowly missed catching his horn on it's trunk and slipped underneath it. Keeping his gaze on her to make sure she didn't accidentally take her head off in the heat of the moment.
