I have a good feeling Peter was the right choice and he will make a better Doctor than Matt Smith was, in my opinion anyway.

I'm very glad we are going back to an older Doctor. That was my main wish (of course, I was thinking closer to Eccleston's age...but hey, I won't complain).
I don't mind the fact he was Caecilius (actually, I think it's hilarious, because then it's like Twelve just wanted to see Donna again! :3), the only thing I'm a little hesitant on is the fact he played Frobisher in Torchwood Children of Earth.
But it has been well established that the Doctor and his companions may have look a likes. Six and Maxil, Romana II and Princess Astra, Romana I and... I forget her name, but Romana I had a look a like in Androids of Tara, Nyssa had a look a like in Black Orchid, Martha's "cousin" Adeola, Gwen who looked so much like our brave young psychic who thought the Gelth were angels....
So, I'm sure it will work out. Really, the only way the Frobisher bit would matter is if Torchwood came back on the scene (which would be awesome in and of itself) ergo, I am quite excited to see his take on the Doctor. <3<3
