As the title states, I am considering to start working out yet again and maybe hoping this time that I will go through with this and finish the calendar. For me personally it hard for me to stick with something to the end. My boyfriend has already addressed this issue with me. He wants me to start working out again and that if I don't go through this, he will put me on a diet. I know he means well and I know he probably wants me to start taking my doctors advice. So I have decide to get back on it again. I have a plan for this work out but I am not sure if its a good one. My plan is this, I am going to start off do a 14 Day Abs Challenge. If I completely this challenge I will than do the 30 day Crunch Challenge shortly after if I completely the 14 day challenge. Does that sound like a good plan? My biggest problem about this though is the timing for the 30 day challenge. I start school on August 26. Mondays and Wednesday I have classes from 9:30am to 10:50am And than I also have another class on Tuesday and Thrusday from 12:45pm to 5:10pm(This class requires like two extra hours after class for some odd reason which I intend to find out when classes start.) For arrival back to my house depends how long the bus takes to get to the bus stop and etc. What time would you suggest for the 30 day challenge is more suited? Is there anything else that I am missing or should add to this plan? What needs to be changed and etc? Please and thank you for reading this. I do hope to hear some helpful feedback on this. I just want to feel that I at least accomplish something. Even if its a small thing. >.<

Wanna track progress with me??? I was actually thinking about starting one of these two. I have an Ab Lounger that I use now, but I think crunches would work better. I'm trying to get in shape for volleyball. School starts on August 20 for me.

Sure that sounds like a good idea smile Yea, even my own cousinhad told me I have a good body with curves and that the only thing I needed to do is just get toned from the belly area. My boyfriend even agreed, so they kept telling me to do sit ups but I think I rather go with the crunchs instead. Ah! You start 6 days before me, lucky you! I wish I was back in school already >.<

I'm beginning my teenage years, and my mom told me that's when she started gaining weight, and if I'm not careful I'll follow the same path. My doctor even told me to be careful of fast weight gain since I'm pretty much done growing height wise. I'm trying to get my body into a work out routine now, while i'm young, so when I'm older I'll be able to maintain my weight better. So, when do you wanna start?

I'm happy to see others trying to get into shape! Good for you!
Only down side is the exercises you're going to do won't really help you very much.
Try a pre-workout such as: http://pinterest.com/pin/89649848805471960/
And find two different ab workouts that you like. ( pinterest has a very nice fitness section ) One that you can absolutely do all the way & the other that is more challenging.
Once you find something like that you should alternate the workouts. easy, easy, hard, easy, easy, hard. & go with that for your 14/ 30 day challenges.
I hope you find something you can stick to smile Good luck, m'dear!

Thank you. Before I was alright, but because I have suddenly began to gain some weight, I started to get abit more fat but now the only problem I have is my belly area which kinda makes me feel extremely self conscious, so I am hoping the abs workout fixes that. Oh! surprisingly enough I like this pre work out o.o" I probably will add that to the exercises as well :3 Thank you for sharing this! Well the 30 day challenge will be determine if I can do the 14 day and complete it without giving up. >.< I hope I can stick to this. Thanks, I need all the luck I can get right now :3

Thanks, I need all the luck I can get right now :3 I understand how you feel.. I used to weigh almost 250lbs a few years ago but I've managed to lose a little more than 80lbs total. ( still pudgy but its not nearly as bad ) Need to get back into the habit of a good workout routine & a steady clean diet...
If you can get past the first week of doing your workouts you should be set smile since the first week is usually the hardest part.
Might just use you guys as a helpful inspiration to get myself on track too. So thank you as well!
