It was a beautiful swimming pool. Beautiful, spotless, shining, and -
- occupying the door that should have opened to where the cafeteria had been. In fact, if Hunters were not paying attention, their very first footstep into the so-called cafeteria would result in them diving face first into the deep end of the swimming pool.
Basically, to sum things up, in footnotes:
1) There was no longer a door to the cafeteria, only a swimming pool, in all its ridiculous indoor swimming pool glory, complete with sauna and jacuzzi.
2) Why was the swimming pool even here, no wait, did something happen, no wait -
3) - Too late. Allan was already in his swim boxers, ones that said "WAY OF THE NINJA" on them, beaming down at the lesser mortals, or ninjas, or pikachus, whatever he was thinking of. And then he opened his mouth and spouted some meaningful words like "I will show you a world you've never seen before" or "Swim Freestyle!" to random extremely baffled Hunters that passed by and then posed dramatically before doing a beautiful arcing backwards somersault right into the pool.
The swimming pool. Swimming pool.
There was a banner that said on one side of the wall, DEUS EX SWIM CLUB. And then in subfont. "SWIM CLUB DIVISION WARS".
"Um," began a random Mist Hunter, I dont-
"FREE!" Shouted Allan, magically appearing next to her, soaked. "Do you not see the signs! The fight in our kokoro for the rights to this swimming pool begins today! Whatever division wins the tournament will win the swimming pool rights to their lounge. Fight for your division or don't fight at all!"
Fight as in like, swimming?
OOC You're on your own, I just provide the swimming pool ok

Something hinted that a certain pink-haired hunter had arrived.

Robert was so goddamn tired, so absolutely out of it, that he stepped into the room, just as the mysterious voice in the sky had predicted, and walked right into the pool. It didn't even phase him. He just kept walking, looking for the coffee machine.

The number of Life Hunters in the pool would probably have been more impressive if the next one actually came up for air. Lucky sank like a stone from the moment his foot connected with chlorinated water instead of cafeteria tile. No amount of tossing him into random bodies of water was going to change the fact that he had no goddamn idea how to swim.

Allan thought Lucky was getting a head start on building character and simply beamed and thumbs-upped him from above.

Today was supposed to be another normal day. Wilson was supposed to drag himself into the cafeteria so he could find something to eat, but why was it he couldn't quite feel the ground beneath his shoes as he took the first step inside?

As soon as he popped up for air Wilson took one second to try for his contacts before giving up altogether.

Guess he was going to wear glasses until he could get some new contacts.

Ami just

as she was walking by. A bunch of fine a** bodies in one room? Even as calloused as Ami was, she wasn't opposed to beautiful men.
So she took a spot on the tile around the pool (she would never dive in herself) and just watched. Watched all the beautiful biceps. Mmmm.
---
Chel just jumped in the pool. YOLO.

The day seemed like another mundane day of routines and planned out duties for the duration of the morning and afternoon. until the mess hall gave way to sparkling blue. Gone were the tables and chairs that littered the hall in groups of four and five and sometimes 7, but nothing but a pale blue that shimmered with the slightest shift in the liquid. The life hunter was sadly used to random attacks, be it his person, his clothing, or a mental attack from one noisy dragon weapon. The sudden appearance of a pool in a place that had no reason to have a pool there left the brunette wobbling at the edge, the front of his feet stuck in place as boxer shifted his balance, away from going headfirst into the surprise addition. It was a chance at doing strength training in water that was not filled with potentially dangerous and poisonous creatures. "..................... I hope they are not going to be bringing out spandex suits with dolphins on them again." he muttered quietly to himself as he stared at the madness already happening, the water that was already having its tranquility shattered with flailing limbs and sinking stones. Leon felt pity for the body of water.

Eventually, Robert did realize he was in a pool. The cold water was starting to wake him up, and he sunk in for a moment, before busting out of it and pulling all of his clothes off. At once. With his mind. The first thing he saw on the floor of the pool, other than his own clothes floating away, was Lucky's sinking body. He laughed one single barking laugh, and dove back in, plucking the stone of a man out of the water and carrying him off on his back. "I have never seen a man almost drown in five feet of water. Until today. BAHAHAHA-" Whether or not Lucky was conscious to hear this good natured ribbing was irrelevent.

When Stormy arrived in the cafeteria was a bit hard to say, because by the time she made herself known at Ami's side, it looked as though she had been staring for a while at the guys. Er, the water. The sparkling water, of course.
"Please be careful, Mr. Wilson," she said mildly, a little distracted. Oh . . . Lucky was drowning . . . .maybe . . . Someone should probably go help him. Someone not her.
Thankfully, Robert was a mind reader.

Ami just looked at Leon. Then she looked to Stormy and whispered, "Can you believe this?"

Shiloh climbed out of the pool after the supremely tall man, looking concerned for Lucky.
"Do you... Think he's okay?"

Leon just looked at Ami back. "No."
And proceeded to poke at lucky with a pool stick that was conveniently nearby. "You alive there, Lucky? hey. hey You."

"We've seen weirder," Stormy whispered back, "It's nice to have good weird for once." Although she wasn't sure how she'd handle a lot of shirtless guys, let alone if Gale ahahaha we're not going there.
"Don't worry about him, he's lucky!" she called out. Or at least, she hoped so . . .
