Guys, I'm in a bit of a rut when it comes to summer drinks. I know, I know, there are a billion and one recipes floating around online, but I'd rather hear about your suggestions and favourites.
What drinks really evoke "summertime" for you? What is the best thing to guzzle to cool down? For those of you that drink alcohol, do you have any favourite summer cocktails, or a go-to beer, wine, or cooler?
One mixture that I've been enjoying lately is icy cold lemon-flavoured sparkling water mixed with frozen, blended watermelon. Works pretty well with sparkling wine, too.

Tea is perfect for every occasion!
Iced tea! Hot tea! Sweet tea! Green tea! Black tea! Tea and honey! Tea and mint! Tea and milk! Fruity tea! Berry tea! Caramel tea!
I honestly have no idea. I just really like tea.

I like traditional bubble tea, made with sweet, milky black tea. I'm not too excited about the icy blended kind.

Iced Chai Tea Latte is my staple during the summer.
White Wine has become my summer preference for night time buzzin'.

xXbelovedXxx Tea is perfect for every occasion! Iced tea! Hot tea! Sweet tea! Green tea! Black tea! Tea and honey! Tea and mint! Tea and milk! Fruity tea! Berry tea! Caramel tea! I honestly have no idea. I just really like tea. I really like tea, too, although I do drink less of it in the summer. My favourite one that I have currently is a strawberry rose champagne oolong tea, and it's great hot or iced. I also have an açai mate tea that is incredibly fruity and delicious, and I actually like it better iced than hot. Sea Thrift I like traditional bubble tea, made with sweet, milky black tea. I'm not too excited about the icy blended kind. I really like the ones with the tapioca pearls. ^^ I will never forget the time my friend tried bubble tea for the first time. We had both gotten drinks from a stall; she ordered a smoothie, and I got a bubble tea. I offered to let her try mine. She slurped up a big mouthful through the straw and immediately had this panicked, revolted expression on her face. I seriously thought she was going to retch, right there in the middle of the market. She managed to swallow it, though, looking like she was swallowing a slug the whole time. I was really confused by her reaction, and asked what the problem was. She replied, "Oh my god, I think it's spoiled! It has squishy lumpy things all through it!" xd

That's funny. x3
And yeah, the kind I'm talking about does have the tapioca pearls, it's just the tea itself that's more traditional in comparison to the blended, icy, multi-flavor kind that's made in bubble tea bars.
Ah... and I don't like those jelly chunks some bars offer. Gross, lol.

iPrincessAly Sprite and pomegranate juice is pretty good :3 OMG, That sounds heavenly! ^^ To the OP: For non-alcoholic beverages in the summer, I agree; Tea is a must. It's so refreshing! I also love cucumber water, and coconut water. My go-to cocktail (really, it's the only one I've been drinking all summer xD) is a Tequila Sunrise. I make a wicked Tequila Sunrise ;o) And as for one, I'm a classic red wine guy. However, I think white wine fits summer better, even though I have yet to taste it. I also found [not sure what brand] This carbonated sparkling wine beverage called Raspberry Sparkletini and it is bliss in liquid form 3nodding
