HOW DO I ENTER
- Please simply use the form below!
- We ask that EVERYONE ENTERING must be at least interesting in rping that character, and give the community and rp environment a try! With several event orps as well as larger meta-based rps coming up, there is room for everyone here, as well as a great and friendly gm team and regulars! If you have any questions always feel free to ask by pming WE ARE HALLOWEEN or asking in the Q&A .
- As it is a free slot, if a character is not enrolled within a month of obtaining it, the slot will be rerolled to someone else.
- Make sure that you have a QUEST thread ready

- For more samples at what our lovely artists can do, check it out here! We recommend it! (If you haven't seen the main thread front page already...)
- We do ask for these customs that you at least have a character quest thread, which you can read about here!
- Make sure you read everything above before entering!
gaia_crown Are you a veteran at TiH?
- We ask that artists and gms please opt out from this raffle, due to obvious reasons. This is only applicable to artists who have earned free characters before and GMs who have also done so.
- If you have more than 4 characters, please consider giving others a chance to get a character!
- If you would prefer a character growth slot instead, it MUST be a character who has already posted for growth. If you would like alternate arts, that is okay too, simply post in your form.
- If you have won a character recently, I would strongly consider giving others a chance to try in these raffles!
