Lia hated elementary school! Hated it! The little Dream stood alone in the corner of the playground stomping her feet. How could daddy do this to her? She balled her hands into fists angrily as she tried not to cry. They were so terrible to her here. Making her sit with the boys and do boy things. And terror of all terrors, they made her use the boys bathroom! she had only been there a couple of days and this was just beginning to be too much. why, just this morning she had her that teacher lecturing her father about getting her proper boys clothes. Imagine! Lia felt the first tear spill as she though of discarding her pretty robes and donning, gasp, pants!
That is it! She decided. I'm leaving. With a quick glance around, to make sure no one was watching, she scurried over to where the fence had fallen below standards and slipped out of the small crack in the links. Finally free she tore off down the street in her fastest ladylike shuffle.

It had been such a beautiful morning in the garden, the little pegasi girl had been planting and gardening happily until she ran out of seeds. Grabbing her basket she brushed off the dust and dirt and made her way out of the garden, rounding the corner and heading in the direction of home. However this time she saw a little girl about her age looking to be running away from something. Feeling concerned she flitted her wings to propel her in a hover towords the little girl. "Hello? are you allright?"

She had been concentrating so much on getting away from what was behind her that she didn't even notice the other Dream trying to address her. It had been a bit since she had left the school. She was sure by now that they had begun looking for her. The thought made her redouble her efforts to get away. Not that she shuffled any faster. Of course, by this time, she had lost all sense of direction and was completely lost. But that didn't slow her down. Oh, no. She went right past the other girl and didn't stop until, not paying attention, she bumped into the corner of a fence and fell flat on her face. Her first thought was for her clothes. Once she ascertained that she had landed on soft grass and no damage had been done to her garments she began to flail in frustration.

Aela was a bit concerned about this fitfull dream. What had happened to make her so upset? well she was going to find out and then help her. After watching her tumble she rushed over and tried helping past the flailing. "Whats going on? how can i help??" She fluttered her wings and looked about, confident that there were no followers to the disressed wee one. "Noone is back there, now tell me.....what happened?"

Hearing the helpful voice, Lia stopped with her antics and allowed herself to be helped up. She smoothed her clothing and looked at the girl who was concerned for her. It was another Dream! But this Dream obviously wasn't in school. Lia contemplated this for a moment. So, if this Dream wasn't in school, then why did she, herself, have to be! She decided that she was going to have a conversation with her father. If she ever bothered to try to make it home that was. It would serve him right for putting her in that horrid place if she didn't. She blinked slowly at the other girl and pulled a fan from a fold in the front of her robes. Flipping it open she fluttered it a few times in front of her face before looking over the edge of the lace demurely.

Well no matter, you seem a little better now" Aela nodded and dusted herself off. "Well if you need sanctuary im sure father wouldnt mind you coming with me, I was gardening and running some errands but im sure you can stay at our place until you are safe with your guardian." She smiled at her, hoping that her offer didnt frighten the pretty dream.
