I would go back to tell myself to stop taking my parent's advise. Neither of them finished highschool, and wouldn't know the first thing about college.

I just got into my teenage years. I would tell my future self to do whatever you want. But learn as many instruments as you possibly can. xP

Being 35 years old I would tell my teenage self to follow my dreams of becoming an artist and a writer. I'd also tell myself what college/university/institute to apply for. -sigh-

If they didnt even finish highschool they shouldnt be pep talking to you about college if they didnt experience it themselves. Yes, it took me three years to actually reapply for college due to their objections with my choices, but here I am, alive well, and a damn good massage therapist.

I would tell my future self to try to keep a semi-decent relationship with my dad, even if he really effed up a lot of my life.

I'd go back and tell myself to earn better grades and apply for scholarships my junior and senior year.
Nothing I can do about that now, though.

Things I would had told to my middle school self:
-Join the navy before college, not after college. Start college while in the navy, during a shore duty tour and use your training as college credits.
-Insist into going to that country side high school and not the one in downtown.
-Join a sports team, no matter how much the other girls in the team hate you.

If I had known I'd grow up to be the kind of person I am, I'd tell my past self;
"Go kill yourself."
Change.
I'm having a shitty day, sorry if I upset anyone.
